Wow that's neat I usually use my bazooka and hand crease the center or roll the bottom side then wipe but cave in to one side can still be a problem the cobra looks great I've never seen one in action. On real long runs in center of vault don't be afraid to piece them in if the building moves or twists the Repair can be made between the splices and the tension relieved There instead of pulling the entire length of the vault line this is speaking from experience If a piece does come loose its way nicer to fix a ten foot run than a thirty footer. Like your video's fourth six years in the trade and still learning. Keep up the good work
Love it when you use the tube Memo! Made me smile when you slopped a little ( because I slop too much) The corner cobra looks awesome but it’s too pricey for me. Always good videos and fun to watch.
Me gustan tus videos Tienes muy buena herramienta la voy a comprar por qué ando trabajando yo solo ahorita y miro que con la herramienta que usas esta más fácil cuando trabaja uno solo GRACIAS
I’m curious as to why you use all purpose instead of straight taping mud. I’m in WA state and I’ve seen a mix of what tapers are using and always wondered why.
@@csdrywallhawaii just curious, cause I saw all that trim-tex. Which is great but I typically only use it for specialty situations. Radius, tear away etc. For straight 90 corners I only use paper faced. Not sure about "messier" Are you using a compound tube with an outside corner applicator to apply? If so then yea its messier. I sold all my tape tech years ago and downsized to just myself, so production isn't a big deal. Watching your vids makes me miss it a little. Life is good with a good crew, Cool boss and Hawaii... its almost unfair to call it work. If you have never tried a bead hopper for the paper faced it works beyond awesome with very little mess.
