A tour of my Ibiza 1.2tsi. Currently the fastest 1.2tsi in the world at 243hp/250ft lbs (366Nm) at less than 21psi. Will be running around 280hp by next week (9th July 2017).
Mods:
-BIG BRAKE KIT 288MM, brembo pads and rotors.
-Straight through, oversized exhaust.
-Decat downpipe, oversized.
-Custom front mount intercooler, aluminum piping.
-In house, stage 3 custom hybrid turbo, bigger compressor housing, compressor wheel, turbine wheel, ported housings.
-Custom remap. 243hp and 250ft lbs at 21psi (1.4bar).
-Turbo smart boost gauge.
-Stock internals, stock block.
-Stock transmission (5 speed manual).
We offer stage 1, 2 and 3 hybrid turbos. We can send you a full turbo or work on yours.

@@alexp.3152 nah mate look at 1:27-1:28 on the left side. Thats a Check Engine light... Not saying somethings wrong, because if he have removed the catalytic converter, its normal that it turns on.

Then aluminium block 1.2TSI are quite fragile when overstressed ....stock 103hp is stressed enough

We've tuned a few hundreds over the years so far and yet to see any issues. This one was of course at a very extreme power level, but under 180bhp, they wont have any problems at all. Track days, drag races, etc wont see any issues. Except for the few pre 2012 models with the older piston revisions which are known to fail, but we dont get these here locally

Do you have any info on the FMIC, i thougt the 1.2TSI engine uses a water charge cooler so a FMIC would be nearly impossible.

You should post some acceleration video. This way you're bragging but not showing anything at all to prove your claims (even though I believe the claims here). Also, dyno run results would be nice. Looking forward to more of this :)

David Sutil González los sensores originales del 1.2tsi son de 2.5 bares de presión y ya manejamos más presión en el turbo entonces necesitamos los sensores de 3 bares de presión para poder manejar mejor la computadora y tener un rango más preciso

Themis Xrusas this car is running 243hp and 366NM of torque on stock internals and a turbo much more smaller than a k04. please show me the numbers for the other. if you're talking about the one by etuners, it's only making 200hp and 240Nm

Michel Kasapovic stock iinternals means the internals of the block are stock (pistons, connecting rods, cams, etc.) and it is stock internals.

MeBeLukey our stage 3 is still under testing since it is quite a big upgrade and ECU is quite hard to map for. Our stages 1 and 2 are ready for purchase, though. You can go on our Facebook Page: HADDU Performance international to get more info!

Lasted for 20k km no problems then was sold with stock turbo and same internals and no problems up to date

Thanks, man. Yes. The 8 valve version! It does pull quite hard now. We might even forge it and go 400+hp later. But right now 300hp is more than enough haha

TheCratzon es un intercooler hecho a la medida. No tengo las medidas exactas pero es bastante ancho. Más que HP sube Bastante torque y es necesario con el big turbo

I have a 1.2tsi caddy. Stock internals. Looking to upgrade the turbo. Something close to 200hp would be nice. Can the engine be stock and make that work just turbo and remap? Atm it’s got the 140hp remap. My car has full 2.25” turbo back with dump pipe, 100cel cat, and K&N filter.

No chance mate, too much stress on stock engine components, will need forged divertor valve, forged pistons, i recommend a ko3 hybrid turbo, you would also need forged wastegate for the turbo, better cooling and i would also recommend a really good tune, and possibly bigger injectors and depending if you cant max out the usage of the boost of the turbo then maybe even a bigger fuel pump best to get a 2.0 litre one from a similar car

@@MrWaheedulHaque I be happy with 170-180bhp. It’s already got 140bhp. Ive got a big top mount intercooler coming and plumb back bov to suit. Thinking a 1.4/1.2 hybrid turbo set up. That and tune will take me to 170bhp. The limit of the stock internals I think.

Not bad, not great. Broke 2 boxes, one using launch control and the other just doing first and second gear pulls, but when not abusing It, never had problems with It again. Clutch never slipped too

Ran for another year at 280bhp and 250ft lbs of torque after this video was shot AND then we sold the car with the stock turbo and our stage 2 map with meth making 160hp and 200ft lbs of torque. Tuned dozens of this in the 190-200hp range Since.

Ok , es que tengo repro stg 2 y trae 13 psi estables sin picos

@@subleable es muy poco usualmente con stage 1 les saco sobre 16-15 estables sin picos y con stage 2 sobre 16 estables pero con picos de 18psi. Mándame mensaje en Facebook te puedo enviar algunas de las graficas que he hecho para que veas la diferencia y hacerte descuento en tu Repro si te cambias conmigo, todo comprobado en dinamómetro

135/140hp a ruedas (160 a motor) es lo normal para un stage 2 conmigo y sobre 150 a motor con stage 1. En cuanto a torque, sobre 200 libras de torque y 230 en stage 2

Why Would Somebody spend so much money into this little engine. For this money u can buy a car with a most better engine.

D4rthDuck not even much money into this. Also, were way past rhis. We're getting 175hp on stage 2 maps with just a downpipe and remap aswell as a high flow air filter. With just our hybrid turbo you're well into the 200s

Yeah and what about brakes? Way to Small for 200hp+. What about the Transmission? MQ200 limit is at 200NM. It will not hold very long under such much more torque.
