I’m really curious why they are not deleting clarity from the game, or at least reworking it because literally novody uses that spell, i swear i havent seen it for years and i just randomly did on nemesis video

The problem with veigar ult is that it's not an ult that can apply malignance multiple times unlike champs like Brand, Ahri, Fiddle, Karthus, etc.

you want mobility early game, skipping mobility makes you not really play the game, you can't dodge veigar spells or move around the map as well

ryze is too immobile to not go boots early. the more spells you can dodge the better and veigars are real easy to dodge with just a little move speed

@@zezanje1 ROA is good to rush if you’re absolutely dominating your lane, otherwise pit stop for boots is the right choice

With all the mobility in the game, it's somewhat easy to not get caged. With shurelya, first of all it's a safety against mobility. Second, mid to late when you're grouped, one shurelya with threat of cage often blow flashes, if not kills. It also gives veigar an earlier powerspike.
