Fastest Way to Get Band 9 in IELTS Writing Task 2 

Why do so many comment asking for us to wish them good luck? Wouldn’t asking how to improve their IELTS score be more effective?

Took my IELTS last week: Overall band score: 8.5 Listening 8.0 Reading 8.5 Writing 8.5 Speaking 8.0 I used only this channel to prepare for about 4 weeks. Best training materials online!! Period!

This guy is an OG. Why am I saying this? I learnt L, R, and W by following his videos. I didn't follow any other channel on RU-vid except his and practiced speaking following his tips. For writing, I took his 2 free writing challenges on his website. I was clueless about writing 2 weeks before the test; however, his free courses really saved my day. My final band score? I got an 8 overall with 7.5 in writing. I am only writing this because his videos really helped me and I just want this comment to act as guidance for anyone looking for help.

Hello i watched some of his videos for couple of days . I did not do any practice relating to reading speaking and writing and i just watched his videos . I did a little bit of practice for listening only i got 6.5 band overall score ( L: 7 S : 7 R :6.5 W :6 ) Literally without any practice i got this score . But this man is good other than all on youtube you should watch his videos relating to all modules and do a little bit practice as well dont be like me please give ilets a week then you can score greater. But dont be like me😅😅 This is an honest comment

My test is on 01/08, 4th attempt(I didn't study well) I got L:8.5, R:7.5, S:7 W:6.5, overall 7.5 earlier. But I need 7.5 for speaking and 7 for writing. Wish me luck guys. I hope that I get what I want and forget everything about IELTS so when you ask what band did I get, I just forget that I wrote this here like others. :)

I am also preparing for ielts but I haven’t still built enough confident yet My most weakness is 1.speaking (country nepal less English speakers) 2.writing (still at zero level) 3.reading (long passage with all paraphrase difficult to find answer in 1 hrs ) 4.listening seems quite easy but sometimes i just got lower than 20-15 How to improve this all I don’t wanna so high band just 6.5 to 7 is enough for me Help me anyone

Hello Chris, I'm planning to take my exam in the middle of August, computer based. But now I'm really concerning about whether to take computer based or paper based exam, as I score slightly lower on my reading tests on my computer, while my handwriting is really really bad. I also learned recently that taking computer based exam means I have to share the room with other students, and their typing sounds can affect my concentration. I'm more about taking computer based though, as switching to paper based means I will have to take my exam on October(this means I'll have to take my exam in the middle of the school semester, and the next year is going to be very hard, so yeah) Can you give me some advice?

I have self-learnt with this tool for 3 months and when I gave my essay to my teacher and I compared the assessment with the ChatGPT, I realised there was just a slight difference.
