No meat no dairy no oil. Weight comes off without exercise however if your kidneys are low functioning you have to be very careful about what fruits and vegetables you eat as some fruits and vegetables as well as nuts and fish contain high amounts of potassium and if your kidneys are damaged they will get messed up even more

Hydroxycut DID work, when it was that old formula. I was on it and would exercise like crazy and I managed to keep my weight down . god I miss that old formula
