I don't think it's nothing wrong with anyone having a couple of pounds off, from there desired muscle tone or weight. Alit if people forget about personal trainers that get people into whatever desire body shape they want to have, in just a few months. Rather at their gym memberships that offer excellent options of a person's desired body shape and goal within only a few months of fitness training or aerobic exercise are great memberships too. Plus all the great friendships that people build in just a short amount of time because aerobic teams like to without with stretching to music, and group walks, as they learn what each piece of equipment creates for every different area that a person sets an individual or group goal with a professional trainer. And most professional trainers are a lot more affordable than most people think 🤔 Something like and it's just another polite and friendly comment. Again I think your videos are great and thanks again for teaching others how to exercise the mind into other areas of mental fitness too. And I also have several friends that had great results with milkshakes, green tea, black tea, and other at-home gym equipment advertised with money-back guarantee results. I can't think 🤔of that gym equipment off hand but I am pretty sure, someone should have a catalog of them logged. Either threw google settings or some other kind of professional training teams that train people for specific desired look for themselves. Smoothing like that and I say Again thank you for another great video discussion and talk section that I have for another person who might be going threw something similar like I exercise my mental strength when I watch the various video channels that give mental strength not mentioned, but that what I get from watching multiple videos. Like I don't watch much television and I watch videos with interesting subjects such as the many you provide to your listening audience, such as myself. Great mental activity and training for me to get myself in shape with my ongoing health issues but a person should always try not to keep mental stress, for a healthier lifestyle.
