Hi..im 5'4" tall and my weight was 85 kgs 3 and half months back..i started diet and workout jisme sirf walk hi kar paati thi me..but i maintained daily steps of 10000-12000 ..and ate in my hostel mess in daily calorie limit..and now my weight is 65. Your diet is the main factor to loose weight..but do some or the other kind of workout of your convinience..and definetly you will achieve your goal..gud luck😇🙌
