This was a performance for a children's a children's charity. I think she was ill with either chicken pox or or measles. Her mother told Angelina that no body would mind if she cancelled her performance. Angelina was adamant that she had to perform for the children's charities. There is a a behind the performance clip where she shows her spots. Her her private performance this year was also for a company who promised ongoing contributions for children charities. That's how you get a chance of getting Angelinas attention. She still has a soft spot for children's charity. It's nice the performance was leaked. The quality of the recoding is not a great recording but we had a wonderful glimpse.😊

@@Badboygamingfordads she was smiling as she lifted her tee-shirt to show her spots. It will have been responsible for the raspier tone. Think of those heavy flower arrangements she wore. Especially the huge one when she was 8 for her WHAT A DIFFERENCE A DAY MAKE. Having had to wear a flower arrangement not half as big at the same age...they are heavy pull your hair. I did not smile...I sulked. For Angelina the performance has always been the driving force. Whether its bare feet on a cold day in Norway, salt flats over red clay cutting at your feet, in her acoustic Fly me to the moon MV. Or singing for charity with chicken pox. Or the numerous flights when she has mentioned she doesn't like flying.

@@wippletits That's right, this charity event was broadcast on December 13, 2014 (= three days after the Nobel Peace Prize event and five days after "Swedish Heroes" was taped). So she had recovered somewhat here, although you can still hear signs of the cold. There is no reliable date for the Chickenpox video, so we don't know for sure. If you have evidence that it is from another time it would be nice to share.

This charity event aired on TV2 Norway benefited Plan International Norway. Plan International is a development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s rights and equality for girls through development projects on issues like health care, education, protection from violence, as well as empowerment and participation.

@@wippletits I am trying to remember. This was not recently that I saw this. I think it might have been the interview where they showed the clip of her lifting her shirt to see the spots. I remember the fact she was smiling most vividly also thinking her mother deserved a lot of respect because I was not sure if I would have consulted my sons wishes partly because I am a doctors daughter and I would have liked confirmation she wasn't infectious.

People struggle to explain what it is that makes Angelina's songs so impactful. Apart from all the vocal talents, I think her phrasing is a big part of it. She makes subtle changes to the phrasing that, for me, greatly enhance the originals.

This performance was during the holiday season in 2014 when Angelina was approaching her 9th birthday. Angelina sang this song in concert the next summer.
