This is a 30 minute sleep meditation with a gentle water soundscape, no music. It’s soothing and nurturing to help you rest deeply and is chronic fatigue friendly, H.S.P and sensory overload friendly and P.E.M (post-exertional malaise) friendly.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, overloaded, struggling with a Chronic Fatigue flare or simply want a super peaceful bedtime breathing meditation that will really nurture your nervous system then I hope you enjoy this practice and it brings you peace and deep rest.

Instead of using my white noise machine, I decided to listen to this video while I was drifting into sleep. Seven hours later, I woke up refreshed & had no problem getting out of bed with energy & a smile on my face! Thank you for helping me achieve a great night sleep!

@@annpopp5554 i had a very similar experience last night after listening to another one of these meditations . My mind often is like a runaway freight train when I go to bed ........ It came to a safe stop last night . I am incredibly grateful .

PTSD Racing thoughts & images when waken me. Meditation breathing & ocean sounds help tons, once invasive thoughts can be altered usually w/a sensory shock like jogging in place, or standing on an ice pack...then I start your meditation again for sleep! Thank you so much. Sleep signals erratic after TBI, make staying down difficult. Can you give one ending w/waves thru 8hrs? I grew up in Hawaii & found solace joy & life on the beach. Blessings to you for your teachings...been life changing on my good nights! Your passionate mission is appreciated globally!

I’ve tried guided breathing and meditation on several different channels, but I always come back to your soothing voice! Also, all of your sessions are a perfect balance of you’re speaking and quiet. I used to meditate regularly but fell out of practice for quite a while. Your videos have helped me make it a regular part of my day again. Thank you.

Seriously, Caroline’s voice is so lovely and relaxed. From a nervous system perspective, she sounds very regulated which helps my system to co-regulate especially when I can’t connect with a person in live time to do so. What a gift these free meditations are.

I have listened to this four times. Each time is more relaxing. The quality of your voice, your words choices and the spacing and timing of your pauses is wonderful. The water sounds are so well used. This is excellent. Very helpful. Beautiful. Thank you.

Amazing meditation for completely relaxing. I love your meditations! Have you ever considered doing a shorter 10 minute NSDR / Yoga Nidra style? I think your voice and approach would make some of the best ones on RU-vid.

Could you make a meditation for anger/rage? I internalise 99.9% of it but it still feels extremely unpleasant, especially whenever i have chest and jaw pain. I tried hrv breathing and now i also feel dizzy 😫 I’m really struggling with this, going through med withdrawals and adjusting to adhd meds are making my baseline irritability worse. :(

There it is..right at :53, :54. ‘Coming into ….’ And thank you for another wonderful sleep. My back was tweaked the past few days and breathing into the ache helped release the pain 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Omg thank you so much for this! I was fighting sensory overload earlier and then my fear of abandonment was triggered so badly i almost had a panic attack and I haven’t been feeling well. I will use this now. It’s morning and i need to finally go to sleep.

​@@carolinemccready do you do any beach meditation with scriptures. Your voice is relaxing enough to do them. I like listening to them on RU-vid but most have a male voice and they don't tell you how to breathe to calm down...
