this meditation Is so amazing I mixed it with this app that is called BetterSleep and I played one of my mixes which is really coming in the background for some music because all the other meditations I found they usually have music which I didn’t like because I wanted to play my own music and there is mostly male voices and I really like this I really prefer a female voice it’s really calming and I really love it😅😊❤

I've been struggling with depression for nearly 3 years now. Recently it got worse with panic attacks, feeling completely unsafe in the world and seeing things move in the corner of my eyes. I am pretty adept in meditations, or rather I was, and normally always do meditations for envisioning, manifesting, letting go, accepting etc. I tried one of these before I came to this video just now. But it was just too much. Your video was so simple, yet so powerful, and for the first time in some weeks I felt true relief just by focussing on relaxing and calming down. That's what I need for now, before I can go change the world. Thank you so much.
