Hi Fatima. I made your Roti's yesterday. Thank you for sharing. We had spaghetti pasta, sauteed shrimp, white cheese sauce, a tossed salad and garlic roti. I added garlic and parsley over the butter and it smelled fabulous. Mom was amazed at me "klapping" the roti. 😀 It was a lovely supper and we finished with sipping a glass of home-made pineapple beer. (We're in Florida in the USA and love to make our favourite South African foods, bringing back fond memories). Thank you for helping us add a lovely new favourite. It was 46 deg here yesterday. Terribly hot. This morning, we toasted the left-over Roti in the toaster oven, until crispy. Baie lekker. 👍 Buttery flavour. 😋 Better than Matsos crackers. 😉 Shukran, as you say. 🤗

Do I use cold water?
