To succinctly sum up the issue\problem, it's the dietary sugars, fructose, and carbs not the dietary fats that are the problem. Fructose is only handled by the liver, and it turns it into fat in the liver. Significantly reduce or cut out the carbs (sugar, fructose, and carbs), and your liver will remove the fat naturally. It's the food you are eating and it's really just that simple.
Thank you so much for this video! Extremely helpful in my current health situation. A month ago I had a routine review simply because I've recently reached 65 years of age, male, living in the UK. So after various blood and other "review" tests the snap shot result is 1) Pre diabetic 2) Fatty Liver. Then..... 3) Ultrasound revealed a 1.2 cm x 9cm lesion in my Liver (suspected Atypical Hemangioma ) 4) MRI 3 weeks ago result is a 2nd MRI has today been scheduled for 23rd of this month.... I came across KETO "diet" late last year aswell as Fatty Liver and Insulation Resistance ....I lost a stone in one month. I am 11st and 5ft 6 tall Your video has added knowledge and additional motivation to do what I can to improve my own health, whilst also having the wonderful NHS to help me where I can't help myself
What magic words do we say to our doctors to get them to actually run the blood tests? I want to track my markers, but I'm a normal weight and size (according to them) so I should not worry. Frustrating. I live in this body and I can see the changes over time. It would be nice to know if what I'm doing in my diet is working.
Eat garlic raw it should help not store so much fat on ur body and I’m guessing the liver is included in the body needs 2 weeks of daily consumption to notice any changes try eat garlic with cold water after meals and this should also help if the rooster 🐓 is not clucking in the morning if u know what I mean I’m no scientist but my rooster can vouch for the results
Can someone please comment if you can have fibrosis and just NAFL or when you have F1 or F2 or any amount of fibrosis does it automatically classified as NASH? It’s very confusing. Also what is the realistic progression per stage? Is it really 14 years per category for simple fatty liver and 7 years for Nash
Because it is a pretty good indicator that you are taking on to much sugar. It is easier to reverse it now, rather than wait until the liver is damaged. Please know that '100% fruit juice is as *toxic* _to your liver_ as alcohol. check into a ketogenic diet / intermittent fasting.
The liver does not typically send out pain signals until it is failing and unable to recover (more advanced cirrhosis) - the outcomes are chronic high blood pressure, as major arteries travel through the liver and are impacted by congestion in the liver (like stepping on a hose) and the other illnesses mentioned in this video including liver cancer. Fatty liver aka NAFLD which leads NASH then cirrhosis is known as ‘the most dangerous disease you didn’t know you have’ as it doesn’t cause pain until too late. Your liver is responsible for removing dangerous substances from the body and production of over 300 hormones. It can’t perform those functions effectively when it is choked with fat deposits.
