Sir,TSH level is high-13.55.You have HYPOTHYROIDISM .Your thyroid is not making enough Thyroid Hormones.You will need to take Thyroxine-T4-of course under the guidance of your family physician.

Your hemangioma is small and if, asymptomatic,no treatment is necessary.Regular follow up with ultrasound is enough. If symptoms develop or it grows in size,medications, embolization or surgery can be thought of.

On an average,it generally takes a minimum of 10 to 30 years to progress from fatty liver to cirrhosis sir..However it depends on so many factors like Diabetes,B.P., Obesity,genetics etc.
