As a Swede seeing Astrid Lindgren make me so happy! She is the author of so many of my childhood favourites. The brother Lionheart and Ronja the robbers daughter were my top 2! ❤
Omg, I am so happy to read that! ❤️ Astrid Lindgren is one of my favorite authors and I am sure 100% of my Bulgarian friends can say the same thing. I looooved Ronja the Robber's Daughter! As well as Emil of Lönneberga - I have read the books about him more than 5 times each! Those were the "Harry Potter" of my childhood! 💖 Oh, and Karlsson on the Roof! And The Children of Noisy Village! And Seacrow Island! 📚❤️ Now I just want to reread all of those! ✨
Oh, I am so happy you liked it! ✨ I have to admit, it's been so long since I last read it and I have built it up so much in my head that now I am a bit scared to pick it up 😅
Oh, it is! I can't recommend it enough! Indeed, rereading those books is like going back in time 💖 Thank you so much, Whitney! Have a lovely month as well!📚✨
Ah, thank you for the lovely advise, I have heard that TGGGTM is a great audiobook. Unfortunately, I don't retain information very well through audio, I tend to space out. I just started the Ember Blade. 7 chapters in and it seems like it's going to be a complex read with some character depth. We'll see how it goes 😊
Your TBR game is always so much fun! Castle in the Air wasn’t my favorite of the Howl’s Moving Castle set, but the next one in the series, House of Many Ways, was fun. I hope all your reads are fabulous.
Thank you so much! I am so happy you like the game! ❤️ I already started Castle in the Air and honestly, it's not my favorite either. I am even considering DNFing it. But since the books of the series don;t seem to be connected, I might still read Castle of Many Ways. Thank you for the heads up! ✨📚
A good girl’s guide to murder was one of my favourite reads of last year!!! I absolutely loved the book and the series as a whole. I recommend you read the 3 books very much because I think they make the perfect circle (you’ll understand if you finish the third), but you can definitely read only the first one because the case gets closed. Some things stay in the air, but nothing too big. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on it, I really hope you like it
Oh, I can't wait to get to them! The Ember Blade's cover is so appealing to me that I have never even read the synopsis, I just felt it will be my kind of book ✨ Big cover buyer here, obviously 😁💖
❤📚❤️ The game was very kind this time! I haven't read any of these, and they sound so good. My Buzzword challenge by this month is The Tenderness of Wolves by Stef Penney.
Indeed! It could've gone way worse 😅❤️📚 Oh my, I just checked The Tenderness of Wolves and it sounds fascinating. Let me know if you like it, maybe I can find it and read it myself some day soon
This looks like a fantastic selection. I've been wanting to try an Agatha Christie, but I always forget when it's time to make my TBR 😬 I hope you have a great reading month!
Thank you, Sarah! ❤️ Oh, you should definitely give Agatha Christie a try! She's one of my favorite authors and her books are always the perfect read - they're short, full of quirky characters, engaging and very relaxing (with the exception of And Then There Were None, which was super tense) 📚
Thank you so much for sharing your hard work on the game. I want to plan a month where I play it. Love the graphics too. You got this! Happy Reading! 💜💜📚
Thank you so much, Justina! I am really happy to have people to share this with! 💜 Oh, I am so excited to hear that! Let me know when you do - I'd be super curious to know how it went 🎲📚
Well, Amanda, your rule kinda rules 😂💖 I did like AGGGTM, but I think I would've liked it better had I read it when I was a teenager (though that was not published back then yet 😅)
Yes! It's perfect for when you want to read so many books, but can't decide which one to go for. Thank you so much, Mac! ❤️ I hope you have a lovely month - both in terms of reading and otherwise! 📚✨
Thank you so much! 💖 I hope you enjoy this one, I do love LOTR so much myself and even before I had any concept of what the game would be, I knew I'd call it that 😁
My reading buddy and I just finished "The Bitter Twins" - I enjoyed it more than the first, he hated it - but he strictly does audio and one of the voices grated on his nerves. There's also a couple of plot holes that were more bothersome to him than me, so can't wait to see what you think of it!
Oh, this is such an interesting conundrum! I myself don't do audio books for fiction, mostly because I can't keep up with them. But I remember trying an audiobook and absolutely despising the voice actor, so I can totally understand him. 😅 I shall report back as soon as I read the book 📖
Great game !! It's my first time on your channel (I subscribed ^^) so I don't know if you listen to audiobooks, but if you do, I highly recommend listening to The ember blade and A good girl's guide to murder. They are great and actually enhance the story ^^ (I loved these two books by the way, I hope you will too)
Thank you so much for the kind words! I am so happy you liked the game! 💖 Ah, so many people recommended TGGGTM as an audiobook. Unfortunately, I don't do well with audiobooks - I've tried many times, but I just space out and then nothing is left in my head 😅 I just started reading The Ember Blade and I am enjoying it quite a lot so far.
