feeling overwhelmed & trying to slow down a little 

Life has been a lot lately.. I dropped the ball on filming my Toronto trip (sorry) but your girl had to pace herself and preserve some energy. This week is a little all over - honestly what week isn't? - but I've been prioritizing my health and slowing down more. That means smoothie prep (that counts as meal prep right?), slower mornings and prioritizing working out - especially when life gets busy.
