A mother and father share their story of losing their 15-year-old son to illegally manufactured fentanyl. Illicit fentanyl is a dangerous, life-threatening drug frequently found in other illicit drugs and results in the death of 200 people per day in the US. This is just one of those stories and delivers an urgent warning to avoid all illicit drugs.

@@anon-w9l it may be due to time constraints. the crew went to Kansan for a rally and I believe they filmed these Kansas videos in a couple of days, the team can correct me if I am wrong. If you watch many of these videos, you will see that not all families are the same, some are more expressive, some less, some are still angry with their child, some want to protect the privacy of the other children who are left behind, and some focus on their mission in order to alleviate the pain of the loss. Also, I do not believe that all kids who experiment with drugs are in pain, many are just bored, arrogant, and unmotivated, they do not have a good grasp on separating real life from online life and despite the long time they spend online, it is doubtful how much real information and education about what is happening around them they access.

My 31 yr old nephew grows, processes & sells mushrooms for health reasons, anxiety, depression, there are many articles now on the benefits of mushrooms, some from the health communities. I think these documentaries on fentanyl especially should be shown in middle schools, ones on opioids addictions too. My daughter is 31 and very street-savvy-or so I thought. I find out she purchased a Xanax from someone. I was like "WTF are you doing?! C'mon you know better!" She replied, "Mom, stop. I know him. It's a real pill." Then my mind shut off and all I heard her say was, "blah blah blah blah" I literally BEGGED her to please stop trusting people and to go to the doctors if you need meds for her panic disorder. Like I was pleading with her. She listened. But she's an adult, not a teen, so her reasoning powers are better developed. So, so, scary. 😢

The problem is….doctors in certain states will not prescribe “controlled” medications unless you are in their system.. Ma’am if your daughter needs meds, please have her go to a primary doctor and tell them what’s happening. It is way to easy for anyone to get fake pills. They need to understand. NOBODY ON THE STREET HAS LEGAL XANAX! PERCOSET, ADDEROL, OXYCONTIN, or HYDROCODONE or any other drug they are looking for. This needs to known to all teenagers.

@tammyhavlik1015
@tammyhavlik1015 7 месяцев назад
@@karendalsadik7119 But it might teach them and other kids a lesson. This is simply not okay. I'm 100% okay that the minor who gave my son a lethal dose of fentynal got arrested. Put a stop to it, let them reassess their path in life, and set an example. I pray for them and if the police would release their identity I'd be happy to let them know that justice isn't vengence, but course correction. All love, but this isn't okay. If you listen to addicts and dealers enough, it's like they see the loss of life as some unavoidable consequence of the game they all play, like it's hardly regrettable, just part of the playing field of their high life and kind of a curiosity, couched in their own brand of spirituality. And while these minors certainly don't have the capacity or perspective of adults, they are supplied by adults of compromised backgrounds who have also apparently had a lack of accountability. I don't care where it is in the Supply Chain: from Pfizer's negligence in supplying this drug beyond a hospital setting, to Walmart paying the federal gov a 3.2 billion dollar cut because of their role for overdistribution, to a cartel production facility, to a minor handing it out, to SnapChat CEOs, to any connection to WEF planned chaos, I do not care, speak up and hold accountable or kiss your kids goodbye. Local law enforcement is so overrun by dead bodies, you will not get a fair investigation and coddling guilty parties is not going to stop this. And now that I've dealt with the whole system, I agree with an assessment by a family member that this is wholesale manslaughter with no accountability. Judge me all you want or call this unloving, but I just disagree. You can not seperate love from truth, and mercy isn't a panacea for any lie. Again, these kids' story doesn't add up and fear of getting in trouble means they knew it was bad. They knew. And they knew how to dial 911. I'd be getting the information from the phone. Any proof and accountability should be sought imo. Again, not in vengence, but in doing our part to stop this. If these kids are just fooling his parents, it's just more of the game. I've done what I can to know what happened to my son still without adequate answers and much suspicious activity surrounding his passing. And I pray for every single person involved to come to an understanding to turn from such behavior, because if not, they are still on a path to cause harm here, and simply lost.

Of all of these videos - and I've watched every single one - these parents were the first ones to just call it out and confess their own regret with the lack of oversight with SOCIAL MEDIA and cell phones. This poor father called it exactly what it is - from the devil. The modern tech and social media is slowly destroying everyone. Not just individuals, but families, and entire societies. Wake up y'all, before its too late. Disconnect and open your eyes. Mad respect to these parents for their humility and transparency. My heart broke to pieces listening to them at the end. I'm so sorry that you lost your son to this dark wave that is overtaking America. There aren't words. I can only pray for you 🙏💙😔😭

Been watching many videos but these are the first parents who realized and admitted that parents have a responsibility. The real cause of the problem starts with the addiction to social media. It opens the doors to your children's rooms! It is the root cause for anxiety and depression and hence taking "legal pills" which are another problem of this society. The parent generation of the Fentanyl kids seem to be fine with taking "legal pills". I am very sorry for the loss of their son as well as for all the children lost to this problem. I wish they had been aware and didn't need to go through this. But don't only put the focus on the drug, put the focus also on the addiction social media. We don't need to run around with ear plugs and mobile phones the whole day!!!

They didn't know he was dying. They probably thought he passed out. You think this was the first time he was showing off to his friends playing the tough alpha dog?? You really think his friends were going to rat him out for pills when he was already in trouble with his parents for weed? What makes you think they knew he was dying? They were just kids themselves. This was not their fault. He wanted to show off and he sure did. Hopefully so much that his friends will never touch illegal substances.

They saw him pass out. That's it. Probably not even the first time. Yes they knew he was in trouble. For weed with his parents. That's exactly why they didn't call them when he took a pill and passed out. They weren't thinking of dying. They were children, ffs. This kid was messed up. "If I can't smoke weed, you have to let me drink", wth?? Even his parents couldn't handle him and you think a bunch of kids should have?? The first thing you learn in the drug world is to not rat out. He was the obvious ring leader, so you expect them to rat him out?? This was probably very traumatic for them too. I hope so much they won't ever touch illegal substance again.

@@principecaprincipeca2243 Um, you weren't there. And you're assuming and making up a lot of information. The incident was unusual enough for them to call another friend about it, but not anyone for help. And they knew it was experimenting, like you say him being the ring leader. So some community service about awareness at least would be mild. He died and they participated. And again, what do you call that? Just being kids? You talk about his parent's negotiations being not cool (I agree) while you're an adult (?) making excuses for his friends who again, had knowledge of illegal activity and were involved in this incident. In any other criminal behavior, having knowledge is enough to be charged as an accomplice.

Thank you for your comments. Yes, there is a lot of sadness to our channel. However, there is another way to look at it. Every time a storyteller sits down with us for an interview and shares their story, it eases their pain. Maybe just a little bit and maybe for only a little while, but there's something beautiful that happens. At the end of each interview, I can see it in their faces, hear it in their voices. It is just a subtle change, a slightly lightened spirit. It is that moment, more than any other, that brings me near tears. Then, when their edited story is published here, it happens again. The flood of views and supportive comments eases their pain just a little. It tells them they're not alone and gives some slight value and purpose to their terrible loss by reaching, and warning, so many others. I frequently tell storytellers after their interviews, "the last part of a person's life is often times, and may be every time, someone else's lesson. It is hardly any consolation, but it is important, even beautiful." Our channel isn't all sadness. We have several series in our playlists that are stories of achievement, stories of victory. Here's links to those playlists. Because the programming and propoghanda is showing kids that life is best when you have things, money, toys, girls, it's killing kids when life is such a blessing just as is. They're told life and nature is just boring. Shut down tv and programming and spend time with your kids. That's all you can do, or don't have kids. It's all planned, create a better life for us all by not following the norm. Not a great time to have kids, it's just not. This kid had no chance. He never even got his first girlfriend, it's so sad. I'm heartbroken and it's not even my kid.

So that hopefully kids next time will know to call for help and that it's safe to do so. These parents are so strong and doing amazing work in the face of this epidemic ❤
