The economy is grappling with uncertainties, global fluctuations, and pandemic aftermath, causing instability. Rising inflation, sluggish growth, and trade disruptions need urgent attention from all sectors to restore stability and stimulate growth.
Things are strange right now. The US dollar is becoming less valuable because of inflation, but it's getting stronger compared to other currencies and things like gold and property. People are turning to the dollar because they think it's safer. I'm worried about my retirement savings of about $420,000 losing value because of high inflation. Where else can we keep our money?
Due to my demanding job, I lack the time to thoroughly assess my investments and analyze individual stocks. Consequently, for the past seven years, I have enlisted the services of a fiduciary who actively manages my portfolio to adapt to the current market conditions. This strategy has allowed me to navigate the financial landscape successfully, making informed decisions on when to buy and sell. Perhaps you should consider a similar approach.
My CFA ’Melissa Terri Swayne’ , a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
@@Hectorkante the us dollar is losing all value rapidly and many nations are pulling out there gold from us treasuries. Gold Is costing more rapidly. Exact opposite
Congratulations and well explained. Thank you for bringing up this video. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject ..... Thanks to Gianna Everett the lady you recommended.....
Diversifying income sources beyond our regular business activities often yields positive outcomes, especially considering the current economic challenges
Let's face it... Buying more stocks & index funds during stock markets are scary Which makes it really hard to do for mostly people like me. I have 260k want to transfer into an s&s isa but it's hard to bite the bullet and do it.
I think to combat the negative effect of inflation, it's a good idea to diversify your portfolio across different asset classes, such as stocks, bonds, cryptos and real estate, since this can help. protect your portfolio against inflation
the expensive trash cans... We taxpayers are being fleeced daily by our current Federal, State, County and City governments. And yes, people littering now days, it just boggles my mind how lazy and filthy humanity has become.
Congratulations to You and your son, Dan! Your strength and resilience through the difficult times of your life is being rewarded today. It's your graduation day also, Dan...you have earned your degree in being a great Dad and role model for your children! Celebrate the moment, Dan...you've earned it!!
Congrats Dan! Flying from Chicago to LA in 1965 as a kid I was given my American Airlines pilot pin and served hamburger and fries! Our family was dressed up, of course.
The new Boston does not resemble the city it used to be. The city has received a lot of grant money from Washington to build it up which is great for tourism, but the cost of living is crazy.
Congratulations to your son, Grant, on his graduation. It’s gratifying to see he has a proud and supportive Dad with a growth mindset. Onwards and upwards!
I cx's my Lowes card yesterday due to the $1.99 fee.... crazy crap that we are getting charged with these days. I will not go paperless...I want the physical proof of what I purchased and file it away.
Congratulations to you and your son,, and welcome to New England -- been a New Englander for all of my 65 years, and wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks for the kind words.
I used to like sports, but that ended in the early 2000's. It has become about money, no longer about the sport. All these players and owners, want to line their pockets with money--guess who pays for that--the fans. Anyone noticed, to take a family to 4 out, to a ball game, runs you $150 to $400 and up. As the economy faulters, those seats will become emptyier and emptyier.
@@NothingisasitseemsPodcast Remember, the $400 is to sit outside the stadium and listen on the radio, in the parking lot, because you are right 1k in costs--are no problem.
Since I ran across your videos maybe a year ago, I haven't missed one, and I'm getting an education in things I never knew much about. Now you're proud of your son, and I promise you he's proud to be your son. I had a great father, and you remind me of him. Grateful for your work and glad to be subscribed.
Dan is the “BEST”!!! Wow,, Boston baseball with up to date crazy times! Thank you so much,, for good news mixed with crazy Dan,,,, to remind folks “maybe there will be something later? Means so much kid…..”,,,, Southern Oregon will always be watching your show!,,

The natural history museum is a must!!it was a really good vacation.just look out for the drivers.worst in the nation!!LOL
I grew up right down the street what a great ball park the city used to be a great working class city until the yuppies took over 30 years ago love your show
Fenway was a bucket list item for me, and it exceeded my high expectations. Fenway is the ultimate baseball experience. Congratulations to your son, Dan.
@@lovly2cu725 those "fire codes" weren't around when they built the place. It's called a grandfather clause. If your scared, don't go see a game. Sounds like one of those people who still wears a mask and wore it in their car by themselves.
Congratulations to your son on his graduation! I can see how proud you are. My daughter use closed on her first home. I know what you are thinking but it took years to convince her husband to commit to it. As happy as we are for them we are also concerned.
Crazy people, Dan. they acting as things were normal. Wise, informed folks.. they very cautious, as recovering from bad choices, hard to come back from.
I went to Fenway in 1982. I saw Wade Boggs (a rookie back then) hit an extra inning game winning home run over the Green Monster to beat the Detroit Tigers. Carl Yastrzemski played in that game too. It was his next to last year I believe. The interior wasn’t as fancy as I see in this video. Count yourself lucky if you ever have gotten to see a game in this ballpark. It is a piece of American history.
Lived in NH for 8 years and my wife in I spent a lot of time in Boston, Faneuil Hall and Fenway Park. Fenway Park is a great stadium to watch a game. The Green Monster is legendary. I had a project at the Boston Globe implementing a Salesforce Automation System. This is way before The Boston Globe went woke. 😎👀
