It was too unorganized. They just told him to backup and right as he hot there they started. Jag had a good start cus he was already waiting for it. Hard to tell but I think the jag would've won anyway.
Lol what? Warm tires aren't cold after a minute. They probably weren't even really warm to begin with plus those cars (hopefully) don't have just regular street tires... Learn before you speak
I owned the jag s type svr..I also hv the 458 speciale.. seat of the pants, prior to my tune on the 458 I thought it could be close... I let my gf drive the jag to race me for a mile quarter mile or so. Nope. Speciale had a convincing romp! Now w the Ferrari tuned it would be a joke. Both fun, great cars. The jag was one of the most fun cars I've had.. the only issue was how quickly it lost value. I was rather suprised. It's always fun to see real life...what beats what... but it doesn't make the losing car any less fun. 😀
What old lady was driving the 458? 562hp(12 more than the jag) and a lot lighter with a better launch control system. Burnouts warm the tires then he just sat there and let them cool down.🤦♂️
my brother used to be a huge ferrari fan because of that person he literally used to follow the races quite rigorously apparently with his accident his choices also changed, personally i would chose ferrari too if it were racing with jaguar, anything the tata's do are an exaggeration only not the actual action
@@swift_o4425 Doubt it!Ferrari aint nothing but a more high end brand. You face the right top tier sports car and some of these super cars don't stand a chance against them. Those superchargers NASTY in them Jaguars,I'm TELLING YOU!
True. The driver wasnt even bad tho the staff on the track were ass. You watch a lower budget drag and they give both cars time to get ready and theres no issues. Wtf was this
Wow! How about putting a real driver behind the wheel of the Ferrari The Jaguar probably would have taken it anyway but let’s see a real race without all the shenanigans!
458 is 400lbs lighter with less drag, should be almost a second faster to the 1/4 mile - if driven properly. We own an love our AWD F-Type R, but come on, it isn't a Ferrari.
Ferrari has too many options to tweak with. Humans underperform when they are given options. Jaguar will do 0-100 Km in 3 seconds regardless of your skills. It's the easiest car to launch.
clueless.... absolutely clueless. Can you gleam anything about the performance of these two cars from drivers that don't have a clue? just because you own it doesn't mean you can drive it....
Jags pedigree is up there. Their ethos is more that of the hooligan English gentleman rather than the pure sporting finess of Ferrari. Space, pace and grace... If you want the track weapon, the Italian is your bet except you won't drive it more than a few times a year. If you want the comfortable, fast Gt option at a fraction of the Ferrari price, the Jag fits that bill.
