In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, Cait Sith, Cid, and Vincent will take Cloud on a date in the Gold Saucer if none of the other party members have a level 4 relationship status with him by Chapter 12. This video shows the silly date scene in FF7 Rebirth.

Either by not achieving a high bond level with any party member (ignore all sidequests, piss people off at every opportunity) or, after completing the game, you can manually select who you want to date.
