Agree! Have been a big fan of Sanjay garu since 2008 and have learnt many many recipes by watching his videos. Tried meeting him in California during his visit but couldn’t. Very authentic recipes and love his diction and accent as well (as I’m from Telangana) He pioneered this way before all these RU-vidrs 🎉

Ate like anything , drank like anything... now he went on a diet like anything , fit and healthy like anything vaaaaaaaah vaah rey vaah Chef Sanjay !! *Whole green moong dal* *Masoor dal* *Whole green chana dal* *Whole black chana dal* *Green peas* *Yellow peas* *Peanuts* Wash and soak the lentils overnight. Pressure cook them for 1 whistle and let them cool. Take the boiled lentils and add chopped *vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, green chilies, boiled potatoes, and coriander leaves* Squeeze *lemon juice* over the mixture. Add fresh fruits: *mulberries, mango, and pomegranate seeds* Mix in chopped *dates and almonds* Toss everything until well combined Just before serving, add *soaked chia seeds, pink salt, and freshly cracked pepper* Optionally, you can add *seasoned yogurt to taste* This dish is a complete meal, rich in protein, fiber, micro and macronutrients, and carbohydrates.
