i immediately came here after completing my first run of this dungeon to listen to this again

Free jazz as a dungeon theme is just fantastic. Kudos to Soken and Yoshi-P (and so many others) for their incredible creativity.

1st time in this dungeon just before entered the 1st boss I chat to party "song is nice" and then died twice from that fckg book boss. I chat again "boss is not nice" lol

There is so much lore in this dungeon. I recommend players go back and read the books scattered through the dungeon once they're finished with the final boss because these books provide so much info on how FF14 world works from the Garlean Empire to older parts of Eorzea's history.

4 sprouts. Everyone on their first time in this dungeon. Brains bashing and keyboards clacking. Thus was my first time leading a dungeon party while exchanging ideas with my teammates. And now I'll fear books for life.

The music for this game consistently is the best music for any MMO ever made.

2 words: Organized Chaos

Oh man the time signature switch on 1:02 is so good, and the section at 1:30 where dissonant chords get injected in at seemingly random intervals and how it slows down until it's almost completely silent and pretty much the entire song itself. I never expected a video game to have this level of musical complexity, but we are talking about Sokken so maybe it should have been expected.

The music in this dungeon literally never gets old. I love it so much.

When I did this dungeon I was over the moon. I absolutely love jazz and having it as the background made me really happy. Wish I can get the orchestration of this.

This theme is so lovely. The avant garde weirdness of the polytemporal middle bit, messing about with detuned instruments, and the undeniable crunchy hominess of the contemporary section with it's groovy backbeat, unending flow of melodic eighths, and chain of ii-V 7th chords. It's just a conglomeration that works and works well. The hard mode dungeon arrangement of this song, while still great in it's own right, loses the funky weirdness that makes Ink Long Dry so perfect. There's the distinct flavor of Herbie in this piece.

Just played this dungeon for the first time the other day and fell in love with the theme instantly! The soundtrack of this game as a whole is really something else.

This is the best dungeon music put out. I thought Pharos Sirius was great. But this one just hits all the right notes with me. It's so relaxing I have to turn off battle sounds and such to take it all in.

out of all the genres I expected going into this dungeon, Jazz was not one of them. Not upset in the slightest.

This dungeon is clearly FFV-inspired, but everytime I get upset at how they didn't remix the original (great) track from Labyrinth of the Ancients, I just listen to this and remember how awesome it is. Would LOVE to hear more themes like this in the future.

Absolutely blown away by this track when I first heard it.

The free jazz theme in a library themed dungeon seemed odd to me at first but the longer I was in there the more I loved the combination. Also just love the dungeon in general, ran it first time last night!

Oh gods, I remember doing this for the first time with a couple of members of my FC helping me out, and our tank said to start "With lounge music that would fit for 70s snuff movies!" and I just can't unhear it ever since. Man oh man.

Being a fan of FFV above all the others, this dungeon made me giggle with glee the entire way through :D

I love this dungeon and its music. Huge throwback to the Library of the Ancients from FFV, starting with the Page 32/64 enemies, I've even seen a Page 64 use Level 5 Death, and of course the final boss, Byblos.

Final fantasy may have gone through some rough patches but their music team is and always has been on top

Just finished this rather sessy dungeon and it is by far my favorite dungeon thus far. I really love Heavensward.

One of the first times I decided to try the game music, I did this Dungeon. and I was like... "This is chaotic harmony!" it matches the dungeon perfectly I think, and I also find it really well composed. Do you know how hard it is to compose bits that sound chaotic but somehow go together? some of it sounds unnatural, yet they pulled it off. I the rest flows really well and all together it really makes for a unique composition I think. I'm getting this theme for my in game house. somehow.

This is still my favourite jam - and always be XD (Next to Anamnesis Anyder. Thanks for this sastasha remix, Master Soken!)

This has to be one of my favorite dungeons, great theme, atmosphere, and it's fun to play, like most heavensward dungeons! Except for that first boss, getting behind the book with all the slippery ice is kinda jank imo.

This track makes me think that the WoL is having the time of their life in this place. It kinda suggests that the WoL is more of a loremaster (think Elrond) rather than purely a fighty type.

This is my favourite track from the game so far.

Love the soft, lounge music to this dungeon. Total opposite to the epic, grand pieces from the others. But no less awesome.

Just finished this dungeon. Was expecting MF Doom to come in with some lyrical nonsense during the boss fight.

Like a lot of the music in Heavensward, it's meant to closer mirror Uematsu's old work.

Just did this dungeon and had to find the song. I have not had a mightier need to learn the name of a dungeon song than this one. Coupled with the dungeon referencing FFV, favorite dungeon so far, easily.

I never knew fighting with jazz music is relaxing. This and Akademia and Anamesis.

This and ARF have the best music out of all the dungeons in the game, I think. With this it's so chill and jazzy. Very Nujabes, as I've seen other people say.
