That’s way faster than me. I threw out a the old desperation stall team of Altria caster, Mash, and Jeanne. It took like a 100 turns to get them all to the last break bar and then they all happily wiped me from existence
I did this fight with Orion for the one thats by herself, then I saw this and basically cried because I remembered the buff removal stuff, and I went, "I have to beat that?!" Got to the last hp bars for all of them myself with I think Morgan herself. But then I died after finally getting to all of them 3 breaking, realizing I didn't have to beat it, I had to die(I had reset before I died every other time).
Remember getting here in JP, of course, I too tried to min turns this battle, and the same thing happened, could barely take it down to 200k on turn 3, was using Arts Meme
If you didn't missplay first turn you would've been able to throw the np rip, you should've done koya/beni arts np gil arts, overgauge + np gen bonus from start of chain should've brought you to 50%
I deadass thought that you needed to clear this battle, and i kept resetting whenever my dps died.. without actually.. yknow… checking morgans buffs to see the infinite guts…
It's unwinnable. The game doesn't even allow you to use any revives. Lore-wise, Morgan is throwing multiple copies of herself each with the power of a Lostbelt King who has sealed a god away and rules over faeries at you. The guts buff at the end is infinite so even if you could take them down in theory you can never end the fight without allowing yourself to lose.
These scripted fights where they force you to lose are just a mind bogglingly stupid notion. They could just as easily have it happen in story format instead of forcing your team to get wiped. Whoever thought of this deserves a round of applause for sheer stupidity. Im min turning most of the bosses myself but this one Im not even gonna try (well you can't min it even if you try anyway but Im not even gonna try to get to the final bars). Would much rather just throw in 3 lv 1 servants and let them get killed in 1 hit than waste my time strategising over a poorly designed story quest.
Just admit you reset the fight 1000 times just to realize you wasted your time. It’s not even badly designed: Before this fight you fight a single Morgan which is enough to show you how strong she is. Now you fight 3 at the same time… You already know she can’t be debuffed, she debuffs you in a single hit, she has guts, she crits like a demon, she has an AOE NP (which also debuffs), and she hits you with those attack down debuffs. If anyone ever though that was a winnable fight, then you are either stupid, or a whale who could maybe do it with NP5 AOE servants, MLB CEs, and OP supports. Btw, min turning isn’t exactly “strategy” as you call it. That’s just DPS checking the encounters. Tho there really aren’t many fights where you can realistically strategize. The last ones were the last exhibition quests. And even those would be “easy” by today’s standards.
@@silvercrow5108 HAHAHAHAHA....NICE TRY. I literally said "Im not even gonna try". Which means, guess what? IM NOT EVEN GONNA TRY. Which means, I wouldn't even BOTHER resetting (seriously....READ). It IS poorly designed. Its a complete waste of time to even HAVE a fight when you are scripted to lose. The same could just have been done in story form where you go "oooh hurr durr she so stronk blah blah blah" end. Simple and ez. Stop pretending to act like a clairvoyant savant and trying to think you know better about what others did more than you actually do. Also min turning DOES require strategy. Im not denying the heavy involvement of rng. But understanding boss gimmicks and placing the right dps/debuff remover, adding taunts at the right time etc IS called strategy.
@@ahreaper you ok?? First: You say “seriously read,” well, to that I say: I assumed you’d gotten there yourself and realized how the fight worked. If you discovered the fight by watching RU-vid videos instead of playing the story quest yourself, even after so much time of it being out, I see what type of person you are, so it’s probably a waste to try arguing something here. But still. Second, it isn’t badly design. Let’s reduce it to one thing: There’s 3 Morgan’s, with one AOE NP each, and all of them remove buffs. Let’s say you use Castoria’s NP for AOE invul, you tank one NP, it removes everything, then you get NP’d again, and die. Then your second line up comes up, you use AOE invul again, you lose the invul with the third NP, and then you get crit and die. If you can “strategize” you can see from the previous fight that this one is literally impossible for 99.9999% of players (actually 100% but someone could imagine a whale actually beating it). It’s not badly designed, it serves the purpose of you knowing how strong she is from the previous fight, and by proxy knowing that this second fight is straight up impossible to the point where the only answer is to lose. When I saw the fight I thought “there’s 0% this has to be beaten, it’s too much for it to be a fight, specially cause it’s story.” Just for the record: I’m arguing that the fight isn’t badly designed, not that you should try it out. Finally: Why are you showing off that you’re not even gonna try as if not trying because you don’t like it is cool or something?? It may be impossible but it’s still fun doing stuff like in the video going “I’m gonna do as much as I can before I get destroyed” it’s called fun, maybe you should try sometime. I myself did it with Melusine, which if I had better stuff would maybe even pop all three guts(but I don’t have that type of account)
idk bout you but i personally enjoyed this quest, it shows even with your best servants you cant defeat them with your current strength. the only bullshit one is the first barghest fight where mashu must be the last one alive and i repeated that shit like 900 times because i didnt know that
Some boss fights in FGO which are supposed to be un-winnable can potentially be won anyway but in this particular case it's literally impossible to win.
