The thing with Sid, he sees through people. He knows the guy is lying to the girl, that it's so obvious that he's playing her and that she needs to break the engagement. Sid is straight forward and he's being honest with the girl. I don't think Sid is being rude at all.
@@bayleaf7588 i dont find sid to be rude at all. I find the way he speaks similar to what my brothers would tell me if this was happening to me. Sometimes you need to be told off in a very direct and harsh way because you are already sugarcoating the situation in your mind. Like in this case, this girl believed the most absurd excuse. Not saying it should be done everytime but sometimes it is very much necessary.
It's probably hard for her to think rationally bless her, because she emotionally attached, but if she's reading this PLEASE do not accept, you will be so miserable and you will see in a years time how blessed you were to not be with this dude, trust me

i can relate to this girl cuz i was dumb when i was 19, head over heels for the guy i had my first relationship with. he was still scrolling through minder where we met sometimes and i noticed because i never deleted my app so i can spy on him but i noticed he would change his bio or add pics once in a while (clearly he was active) i ended up breaking up with him four months into our relationship when i found solid evidence against him. i really cant believe this guy wanted to marry me. but lacked basic morals. this is proof that just cuz a guy wants to marry you does not mean he respects you or is loyal. you may just be an easy target/pushover for him to spend the rest of his life with. he was 20 years old back then but i have a feeling hes never gonna change.
Things that pissed me off: 1. Mom had him make a muzmatch profile. 2. Evidence for dad. 3. He won't help with any of the house chores, cuz he's the "provider". And WHAT was the reason for the divorce? From what I can get, his flirty, narcissistic, "being-the-provider" shit personality was the cause of the divorce! So many red flags! Amongst muslim girls, sometimes it's as a result of being too overly sheltered from males tbh. They are more likely to be naive and guilable compared to other girls because they've had less experience in dealing/ interacting with men - so they assume most guys are like their brothers or dad, as those are the only males whom they've ever had close contact with. ^^^ Speaking from my own personal experience here and other girls I've grown up with ^^^ As the saying goes, too much of a good thing isn't always a good thing...

I don't agree there is always a pattern just because one is divorced. Divorce can have different reasons. But in this case it would be wise to enquire as to why he got divorced and step away because he is bad news. He is not serious about her. He is messing her about. And she let him for 4 years.

It's possible that he is doing this to get his parents to accept choice. But the "I want to be the provider and do nothing else" thing is a no-no - if he won't budge on that, I think she should move on.
I love your videos! I just sometimes think you can be harsh ("you're dumb"). These people trust you enough to write to you and deserve kindness. It's a lot harder than you think to get out of a relationship with someone you like even when the red flags are obvious. It might seem like an evidence from outside but when you are inside the problem it can be very difficult. I know that ultimately you are genuinely trying to help them but I think what these people need more than anything is honesty but with kind words. :)
When people write emails to them asking for advice, they know exactly what Sid and Dina are about and have obviously watched previous advice videos and know their personality. They should know these two don't mess about and say it how it is (i dont think they are rude at all just very straight-forward, which i love). So i understand your point, but if the people who email them only wanted "kind words" they would get it elsewhere. Sid and Dina don't have to change the way they are (and from watching them for years know they never will!) to please the minority that don't agree with them. But yh, like you said they are genuinely trying to help in their own way! :)
