I love that you guys are just finding the best way to get around problems cheap-ly. Its nice to stop seeing people just throwing money at problems and y'all are finding solutions outside of using money. (prob. cause y'all got none)
Nice work young man. Neighborhood looks familiar. I was running around nyc from 04 to 15 before leaving for tx in my srt4. Just got me a fiat 500 na. Fun little car. Will add mods to it soon. May end up getting an abarth but I know I'll just want to throw money at it lol.
That’s not an OEM exhaust just saying. I was looking at mine just yesterday, mine doesn’t have the resonator like yours, yours is also larger and yours is stainless, they don’t come stainless from factory. So atleast that midsection is aftermarket and probably why he had to do some messing around with it
Did your exhaust kit come with a loop clamp that secures it to the transmission? mine didnt come with one, it needs it to prevent access pressure on the downpipe studs
@@wellseegarage Glad you asked this. I went to a local nut and bolt store and found a 2.5 inch clamp that works perfectly. I used a pair of vice grips and flattened the ends out, no hole drilling necessary as the clamp came with a 3/8 inch sized holes. Quick and easy install and now the exhaust doesn't move at all, even with high mileage exhaust hangars. I don't see why manufacturers don't include this in the kit, it's important. I'll try to find a manufacturer part number for you tomorrow.
@@wellseegarage If there are still hard to press on use channel lock pliers you can cover the jaws with fuel tube to protect the hanger bushings. The poly ones are a PITA, but easy with WD-40 and pliers.
