Those who have punto and liea or are planning to get a diesel used punto or linea, kindly note you have to replace the timing chain positively as it gets fail within 80k km and destroy the engine. And it is an expensive affair. So sasta jugadu solution is use the timing chain and parts of swift. You can get everything done with 7k around. But if you order it from 99 rpm then expect total cost somewhere around 10k.
Usually it fails within 55k to 60k, i had in a big trouble before due to the breakage of timing chain and i had to replace the half engine, piston, crankshaft etc and it costs me almost 1.60 lakhs for the total repair and parts.
Shom bhai, I had elm 327 Bluetooth model, i installed it in obd port of my Fiat Linea, after 2 days of use, it sorted and my car's computer got hanged. Car would not start. Sometimes it would but no obd connection was done. Plus there was no rpm, no fuel gauge reading in control pannel. Also many lights were on, in control pannel. I had to send the car to garage where they plied the obd connector out and reset the data of car's computer. Kindly, suggest if there is any safer connector available? Thanks a Million.

Lcd you can buy from ebay. I got the lcd from ebay from a seller from Poland. It costed total including shipping 6200 approx. It have been more than 1 year now and it is working perfect

Hello sir, can u plz guide. I have bluetooth obd link and Alfa obd software in mobile. I can scan all modules of my Punto emotion diesel 2013. Except ABS. If I select ABS, it shows to connect blue adapter. What's that? Can't it be scanned with same bluetooth device??

Sir, I have Punto emotion diesel 2013. I purchased same obd u have. Also have alfaobd on phone. On scanning some times it connects and works fine. Many times it not connecting to ECU. showing CAN ERROR. also not connection to other modules at that time,i.e. BCM, climate etc. Any instructions? Software catch data should be removed? I also tried the option, to login with code. Once it worked , than not working. What to do? Plz guide. Thx
@@shomsgarage9549 Yes sir. I tried three obd2 adapters. Also tried Alfa obd demo version and cracked full version too. Also other apps like infocar and motordata also worked with Punto. But connection to ECU or other modules is like lottery. If connected works fine, otherwise CAN CONNECTION ERROR. by the way thx a lot sir.

The app connects to the OBD II Device (ELM327), but doesn't connect to the ECU in my Linea (OBD device is OK as I use it often for my Nano, my friends Swift & a neighbours Ciaz...) Do I need a better, more advanced device ?
I have a Punto evo, battery getting drained in 4-5 days, battery is fine and its new, blue and me is not working, can we check whether battery drain is due to blue and me ? Please reply.
@@riturajmnnitchannel blue and me is a separate device, it will in Car's dashboard connected to media player. Hopefully disconnecting it will solve the battery draining problem. I yet to try this.
