How Linda does it everytime, with this effortless expression across her face, is beyond me.

Before or AFTER, Barbra Streisand is IT. Barbra is superb, she has a voice like no other. Of all the pop singers, Barbra is on TOP. Who's, Mariah, Celine, Christina or Whitney? Barbra STILL reigns above anyone of these other ladies of the song.

I think that is from her TV Special from Feb. 1963, just prior to her regular weekly CBS-TV Variety Show. It featured Robert Goulet and Phil Silvers as her co-stars, and she opened with "Hello, Bluebird" which was also used in her movie around that time, "I could go on Singing". Anyway, this particular program helped launch the weekly Judy Garland CBS shows.

Yup. Know Sutton and her husband (both are Star Wars nerds). My wife (then girlfriend) met her right before she got promoted to lead in "Thoroughly Modern Millie". They were both in jury duty together. The two of them hit off and we became friends.
