You need a 4K 60FPS capture card, preferably the Elgato one, a monitor that supports 4K resolution and most importantly a PC that can edit videos in 4K and that will cost you the most.

Its actually hard to be accurate with power shot, only handful of player can do that, and its surprisingly easy to block them

It's definitely not broken. It has a long charge up, it's easy to block, and it's very manual. If you hold shot all the way, it will miss badly. It's a skill issue
