Be looking at Jesus every hour of every day. That is how you access the CURE for anxiety. Wake up in the morning, read your Bible plan. Breakfast table, be listening to praise music. On the way to work or school, listen to a good sermon. Break time at work, read your Bible plan or listen to praise music. Jesus says “those who feed on Me will have life.” Be feeding on Jesus every hour of every day. Anxiety cannot exist in that kind of environment. Read the Bible!!

I've been dealing with horrible panic attacks due to cessation of substances (passionflower tea, and Ashwaganda, I also quit Marijuana a Month Ago) which has left me with nasty racing heart, elevated blood pressure and difficulty sleeping) God is good and he is My shepherd. And I call out to God constantly to drive Satan and His evil thoughts and lies AWAY from me FOR GOOD. Its so mentally and emotionally and physically exhausting
God can always heal no matter what kind of disorder the world may call it. Disease & disorders will always submit to the power of God. Remember.. you must believe the unbelievable in order to receive the impossible. Trust and believe in Him, and when your faith starts to slip, come back to this video to renew your spirit. Our flesh is dying every moment, but we look to renew our spirit everyday. I will pray for you Paul.
I don't think it's wrong to understand that what we experience as out of control anxiety can have a physiological component. It's like the button on our fight or flight response is permanently stuck down, and we get overwhelmed. Medication can help balance this out and be like a stepping stool so we can better see above the turmoil that we've been soaking in all these years. It gives your brain a break so you are better able to see the hope God has been offering you. In my opinion, to say that a Christian who takes anxiety medication lacks faith is to say that a diabetic who takes insulin lacks faith.
Praying for your brother! Keep praying for healing and yet continue taking your medication if you find it helping you. Yes, we serve a mighty God who can heal IMMEDIATELY and yet sometimes it may not happen right away (definitely will happen in GLORY) - He does use medicine for our good too! Cling to Him brother! I’m right in that boat with you.
