I can't tell you how relevant this was to me today. I spent all morning, like I've spent most days, boiling away in anger, and hatred and resentment, feeling like it is impossible to change. I'm so tired of feeling this way...i feel so absolutely crippled by it. It just hijacks everything and leaves me with nothing and i feel that i am hopeless to move forward. I don’t feel that i have ever felt closure before for anything. I just feel a constant stream of shame, embarrassment, anger, loss, etc from everything that has happened to me, and it becomes incredibly overwhelming and i can't help but ruminate over all of it
So thankful for this sermon. Loving one's enemy and praying for them is no easy feat but with God, all things are possible. He will give us the strength to do what's right.
Revelation 1:12-16 " 12 I turned around to see the voice that was speaking to me. John 13:34❤ Revelation 1:17-20 "17 When I saw him( Jesus😊1st❤), i fell at his feet as though dead. Then he placed his right hand ❤on me and said: " Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last. 18 I am the Living One; I was dead, and behold I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades. 19 Write, therefore, what you have seen, what is now and what will take place later. 20 The mystery of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand and of the seven golden lampstands is this: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches."( Revelation 1:17-20 Zondervan NIV Study Bible) What do we have in Christ is also not from God( 😊100%❤)? Everything we have also belong to God in Christ Jesus😊1st❤ in Christ. May Jesus heals others and calm the storm of others in needs. In Jesus'name, i pray( John 14:6❤😊 and Acts 16:31❤😊 and amen to forgive like Jesus will do. Ephesians 4:32❤). Amen. All we have also belong to God or Jesus( John 1:1-2) 😊1st❤( too in Christ. All comes from God of the Bible in Christ. Philippians 4:4-7😊❤ in Christ.

Piper, you said (in the most rhetorically tortured war possible) that Trump was so bad that hating him was the best thing a human being could ever do, even to the exclusion of freedom, even to the exclusion of life itself. If that is true, how will Trump supporters ever achieve the “final salvation” you speak of?
