Great Video!!! Thank you very much Do you have to charge the batteries separately every time, or the extra battery is charged through the Fiido charger? Would you have to check the voltage every time you plug the extra battery back to the xt60 connector?

Hi! You can charge thru the bike or separate. Don't use 2 chargers in the same time while the batteries are connected. I used it for 3 weeks the batteries connected and charged it every day thru the bike and all good. Experts recommend charging separate and connect at same voltage. You can do both methods.

Hello. I'm looking to do the same thing. Added some mudguards on my bike. So. Thinking about putting this in between the fenders and the bike rack. Inside a battery box. Where did you place yours?

Hi i keep mine in my delivery bag on the pannier rack. You can buy some pouch and attach it. I ordered another battery i will have 2 extra batteries at 12Ah each.

Do you have a Instagram or Facebook page to see pics? Also...i was lookin at the same battery but only with a 10ah, its the same price but comes with a charger. Can you charge the one from Ali express with the fiido charger?

hi is it safe to parallel connect a 12ah external battery pack to the stock 7.8ah d2s internal battery?

Good Morning! Yes it is at long as it has the same voltage and you read it with a Multimeter. The voltage difference between the 2 batteries should not be more than 0.5 Volt. By the way I made another battery upgrade tutorial better than this one which does not need a parallel connection. Let me know if you need further information. Can I use one battery on while second off? Once first finishes and switch on the second one?

You can remove a battery and change it. But see the connections. Just plug and unplug each battery. Disconnect all batteries and connect them one by one.

@@k3b3ss41 yes but check the videos and see the connection. You should have a main cable which goes to the motor. On that cable you can connect the batteries one by one. Not all together. If you connect all batteries together they need to have same voltage.

Hi There! Yes London but i don't do this sorry. Buy all the things necessary is not very hard. In fact you just solder 2 wires to another wire. I am developing another battery upgrade now for my D4S where you switch batteries and not connect them in parralel. But you have to switch cables. Probably in 1-2 weeks.

Marco Mezzini I don't really have time and i'm not an expert tho at soldering. Watch on youtube: how to solder xt60 and how to solder awg wires. It's very simple you can do it! This is how i learned watching youtube.
