seems a little extreme 😮 and more expensive maybe on cabinets trim doors.. we’ve done entry doors to man caves in auto paint before walls would be too expensive and not needed

I've seen a lot of apartments that really need a fresh coat of paint. Filipino landlords with less expensive apartments don't spend a lot on upgrades to vacant places but they might agree to paint a place if you supplied the paint.

@@rickyusa1000 Supply the pant is not cheap. This unit the paint costs, with supplies; thinner, tape, bushes, rollors, etc., is about 30,000 pesos. And don't forget the prep, many do no prep and the paint bubbles and comes off im a few months.

Paradise looks like total gut and remodel 👍 they are concreting a new bar setup in a different location and have a new roof completed so far

Speaking of shrooms….We live in a city of around 600k people here in Ontario Canada. There are a half dozen or so shroom stores around the city operating illegally. They openly sell them and look like a legitimate business. Sometimes they get shut down but they reopen the next day. You can also order shrooms online and mailed to you easily. My first trip on shrooms was in Batangas Philippines when I was 16-17. The locals grew them in their backyard. 🍄🍄🍄
