that is suman balanghoy.... balanghoy is cassava... grated add some sugar and coconut milk wrapped in a banana leaf... steamed... and voila! yummy sticky sweet dessert for merienda!

I do like your channel and the positive vibs you give out...... keep up the positive vibs and enjoy the food here.. it is really very good. The veg and fruits from this part of the world are amazing because of where this part of the Philippines sits on the planet. sun sun sun... makes for very tasty food.
