hi liza, so nice to see your family and friends enjoying puto pao, i may suggest- puto should be airy, it should rise well, somehow it should be like a mini mountain😂. 1st I suggest, once you mix the 2 mixtures, pls do not use a mixer, because you need to trap the air. just do the fold technique with your spatula. 2nd, do not put your toppings right away, because they are too heavy for your mixture, they will prevent your puto to rise. you need to steam them (full/high steam) and wait until almost cooked, like 5mins before fully cooked that is the time you add toppings. 🎉have fun in your cooking ❤

You nailed it on the first try, good job. If you like an easy to cook meat dish, I would suggest beef morcon: its a meatloaf with sausage, sweet pickle and hard boiled eggs for stuffing, topped with gravy. I think everyone will like it except Andrei haha.

Liza, one of these days try to make siopao. There are 2 variations the asado and the bola-bola. Did the red currant berry come from a nearby tree? It looks so fresh. Maybe you will make a jam from the fruit. You should include this in your content while harvesting the fruit if it came from nearby. I have never seen a red current plant . Good to see you are already using a better mixer. You will have more time to bake and sell filipino breads, etc.
