The #kettlebell #WOD consists out of the following four tasks, complete all FOR TIME:
50 Overhead Reverse Lunges (alternating) 1=1
50 Kettlebell Crush Push-ups
50 Alternating Hang Cleans L+R = 1
50 Worlds Best Kettlebell Combo
The video also contains some stretching, of course, you should always spend some time on yourself after a tough intense workout.

No, you are not wasting time, please, don't stop posting these workouts, they are great! Here's what I look for in a workout: 1) done in proper form, well planned and explained; 2) works for both men and women (I'm a woman); 3) all kettlebell. You have no idea how slim online pickings are for that kind of stuff. OK, maybe you do have an idea. :) In any case, your workouts are right on point. I used to do stuff like crossfit, tabata, HIIT and such like. But once I tried kettlebells I fell in love with them. Somebody commented here that not many people want to do kettlebells only. I don't think so. There must be quite a lot of people like me. But they are probably not big on discussions - find a good workout, belt it out, make a mental note to follow Cavemantraining, done! :) At least that's my take. :) Thanks for all your work, I'm a fan!

Hi. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment. I'm discovering more and more that Crossfitters are not our audience, I 'thought' they were, but it seems that they're not. Which I kinda knew deep down, I've just been trying to get them to see the benefits of Kettlebells, but without much luck. They're stuck in their barbell ways, and I need to start accepting that :-) With that said, let's continue with our new audience: kettlebell enthusiasts and martial artists.

I was strictly a kettlebell man for 9 years. Recently started Crossfit and love it. I'm 73 and feel fantastic. We should all stop the exclusive nonsense and learn from each other. Kettlebells are great, barbells are great, bodyweight is great. It's all good. One thing however that I can't not comment on is the American swing. what can I say.... I personally think the Russian is best, safer and more powerful. Keep moving.

I definitely value your videos. I coach kettlebell and dumbbell classes and write all my own programming except for the typical hero and girls WODs, which I customize to use with kb's and db's. I look through a lot of programming blogs and videos and yours are great.

I just discovered your material. Bought several Kindle books, watched several of your videos and downloaded a few PDFs. Loving all of it. My technique has improved, and I’m getting great ideas on designing my own WODs, as well as using yours as-is. I hope you keep putting out the videos, especially when linked directly from the Kindle books!

Taco, I love them. It seems as though most people aren't interested in training solely with KB though. Is that the answer you're looking for? Seems like most people, especially Crossfitters, only really want to use KB for swings, snatches or SDLHP. I know you don't want to put in this effort for just me though!!!

Hey Jason, are you a Crossfitter? Yes, the same feeling here, swings, snatches and that's it. No of course the kb should not replace the bb and it never will, they're both good in their own way.

You are definitely not wasting your time for those KB fans. I prefer them to any other style especially CrossFit WODs. Also former CrossFitter not anymore. So I may not be answering your question. Sorry.

I went from CrossFit Asia to California and got into BJJ, Boxing, and strength and conditioning training. The trainer loved KBs. I just preferred that type of training. I am now a retired beat up Marine who loves working out with KBs. I just feel this is better on my body than doing CrossFit. Nothing wrong with it just prefer this.

I agree with you Donald. I’m a police officer. I refuse to do CrossFit these days. I got into BJJ, Yoga, and use KBs and feel way better.
