Did this one yesterday, really enjoyed it. At first didn’t understand the 3 minute break, but was very glad i made it too that point keeping good form. You really need the rest so you can hit the last 4 rounds with the same intensity. Thank you so much Taco, this is just pure gold. Much respect from Belgium.

This is a great workout. I fail at about 5 rounds. I could never finish up to 10 rounds.

Going at the pace that you were in the video how long did it take you to complete all the rounds for this workout?

you're looking at approx. 15 to 20 minutes for the full workout.
