A full-length kettlebell workout video you can work out along with. This workout is mostly lower body and some upper body, 70% lower and 30% upper. Mostly gluteus maximus and hamstrings, after that quads, calves, and shoulders. The erector spinae will also get a good workout.

As you have explained taco this is a cardio workout and technique training workout. It's not all about the weight. 😤some people need to keep there ego in a box and watch and listen to what is being presented. Thank you taco once again. I've trained a friend this week doing kettlebell work. He's very strong 💪 in gym but 30 min full body kettlebell workout he struggled. We only used a 16 kg. It's NOT ABOUT THE WEIGHT. As you always demonstrate so well taco it's about technique flexibility mobility endurance and strength. By the way still working on sots press 😉

It's a demo video, I have no need to use heavy weights, I'm comfortable being seen with pink weights 👊

Just did this workout for the 1st time! Im out of shape and want to get into shape and really like the idea if using the KB. Is this a good workout to start out with and gain some endurance? If so, how long would you recommend doing this before progressing to something else? Thx!

I like the exercises, but why have 3 ad breaks in an 8 minute routine??? I have to keep stopping to skip the ads.

Maybe get RU-vid premium so you don't get any ads. If you pay RU-vid they remove the ads. You can't expect to get everything for free in life

@@Cavemantraining I don't expect everything free, I just expect to do an 8 minute workout without have to stop 3 times. Plenty of other channels manage to put the ads at the beginning.

@@Cavemantraining Sign in to RU-vid. Click your profile picture. RU-vid Studio. In the left Menu, click Content. Select the video you want to turn off ads for. In the left Menu, click Monetization. In the top “Monetization” box, click Off. Apply. In the top right, click Save.
