I swear I was the one person playing this game who was COMPLETELY blindsided by Volo's betrayal, I ignored every red flag the game threw at me because I liked him so much
Yup, I trusted him all the way up to the random maniacal laughter. Then it's like, he wants to erase me from existance? Aw, we can't be friends no more.
I love how you wonder why Volo hasn't just looked for the plates when most of them were kept on Noble and Legendary Pokemon. Hell, some were kept by people in the game, only given to you after showing how strong or thoughtless you were. Volo knew forcing someone else to get them was better than him putting any effort into it.
yep, pretty sure that the plate weilders aren't ever permitted to give them away cos they're sacred. they only started giving them away (to you) after volo and giratina tore open the rift and made the nobles frenzied and suffering so you could fix space-time. to me it seemed like volo was planning to "help" them himself to earn their trust, but you arrived immediately after his plan so he ended up using you.
I doubt volo could’ve gotten the plates by himself even if he wanted to, since it seems like you need the pokemon’s trust to get them. Even if he tried to brute force through the nobles and legendaries (+vespiquen, kamado and cogita), i’d imagine it would create an even greater problem for him that not even a dude with 7 pokemon could handle, namely a war between the diamond, pearl, and galaxy teams.
*one of the coolest moments in Pokemon, like in an anime* *My favorite part is part two of Giratina when he goes "Omae wa mou SHINDERU" and his eyes glow red*
I actually just finished watching the legends: arceus supercut when this video got uploaded The supercut was definitely really cool, great work as always Cal
one of the top 5 best fights in all of the pokemon games. I beat it first try only because I never used the max revives I got throughout the game. I hope we get something this good in the future.
General the more Pokemon focused channels didn't have too much trouble with this last fight. A lot of the non Pokemon streamers/youtubers did, so that's why you had a lot of comments saying it was hard. Well, Alpharad didn't have trouble, but he entered the fight with his Pokemon in the upper 70's and a level 81 Sylveon =b.
@@HoodlumCallum I saw people struggle even with healing item, I honestly think the reason you almost won the first time you fought giratina is because your team was very well composed for a fight, you didn't even have any legendaries like I saw other people trying to use in the battle
The only reason this battle was somewhat hard for me was because I was very underleveled and I wasn't using any healing items, and even still it only took me like 3 tries. Goodra, Basculegion and especially decidueye (bc of roost) carried
Yeah I was watching Pchalleges nuzlocke this. Honestly I have started to dislike him now. He went in without no information, and okay fine no spoilers and shit but at least read the conversations! Like where Mellie tells you about electrode's gimmick. But no he just goes in and then starts blaming game mechanics. I feel like all this "I am the best nuzlocker" thing has gone to his head. His arrogance annoyed me to no end!
THANK YOU!!! i knew i wasnt the only one who beat this on my first try lmao, when i heard you say, "this really took you guys multiple tries to beat, im concerned" i started lmfao
I really liked Volo so this made me very sad :( I was hoping I could save him and change his mind but nope he just walks off, at least we don't have to banish or kill him.
