I am so glad to see that your edges are back. I've been going through the same dilemma with mine due to medication, but they too have been making a comeback once I incorporated biotin and vitamins too!!
I started taking the Zicam gummies like two days after your first video went up 😭 I also started taking the Vitafusion Biotin gummies. I definitely feel like it worked! I didn’t lose my edges, but they were thinning out and now they’re thicker than ever. I also stopped wearing bonnets like you said, so I’m sure that helped as well!
Welcome back Philooooo! I take zinc but it was just because I worked at a school & they had me sick all the time lol. Never paid attention to my edges though so I need to see if it makes a difference.

So i have been plant based for 5 years, started as a natural then big chopped about a year in and kept it short for two years after before regrowing. Can i just say, all the veggies went straight to my hair. With low manipulation, lots of protective styling, just like I did before big chopping, coupled with my plant-based diet, my hair has grown shoulder length in less than two years. I do take B12 but that pretty much the most consistent vitamin I take. Your diet really plays a role on your hair and skin

glad you managed to grow your edges back, i’m still here struggling w/ mine. Mine has always been thin & i’ve had a bald spot for years now so ik mine will definitely take longer to reverse.

I just started watching your videos so I’m so glad you’re posting again!! I have been natural all my life but have a lot heat damage. Since quarantine started I’ve been doing twist outs but this past month I’ve been learning so much about wash and go’s and how to really effectively take care of my hair.
