Born in the Bronx, and raised in Ghana, Philomina Kane stresses her appreciation for her Ghanaian culture. In Ghana, her grandmother charted a path for her-value your culture, keep your faith, and never give up on your most idealistic vision of the world-a path she continues to follow today. Her strong background has made her a highly driven, passionate woman who loves to give back. The summer of 2014 is when Philomina began her RU-vid channel, NaturallyPhilo. After making mini style tutorials on Snapchat, her friends encouraged her to take her loud mouth elsewhere, so she did. She used her platform to make fun, educational hair care content to empower Black women to embrace their natural selves. Her expertise in haircare landed her the Marketing Director role at NaturAll Club, where she worked for 3 years before leaving to pursue her own entrepreneurial journey. Today, she continues to produce haircare content on youtube while building her satin-lined hoodies brand, KIN Apparel.
First time here! Love 😍 the review and the results! I would love you to try it again but apply the leave in on wet hair! It will make a huge difference! You beauties are awesome! Oh and I agree with phase 1 and I have 3c/4a hair. I gave away my large size products to my niece who has hair more like Tracy's, because i didn't like it. But I'm very impressed with phase 2
As a BM I use TPH hair products I use her twist cream & her shampoo & conditioner. I also have face length hair & take care of my body from the inside out. I learned from my mother lots of black women hair want grow because of genetics, medication, birth-control anti depressants to name a few. I also have very coarse hair with a natural curl pattern.1 thing that bothers me about BW is how lots of y’all can have the same jealousy towards each other together 4ever. Everything is not meant for everyone. Also if you lack iron or anemia you’re gonna have hair growth issues.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾👑
I get the caramel macchiato too. But I sub the vanilla syrup with caramel because when I found out it was only the sauce that was caramel, I was confused. I also sub with oatmilk & 1 shot of toffee nut syrup but they're the price of a meal now. Anyway, thanks for the info. Very informative & wasn't boring.
I used the leave in with mousse and it was not good for me. I’m a 4b/c type. The shampoo and conditioner is bomb, lots of slip. I saw another RU-vidr that recommended not using the leavin conditioner with mousse but cocktail the mousse with the custard. I will try that.
Do PRAY some more, "Kinfolk" , that the N-word may not be comfortable in your mind or out your mouth in Yashua's name. To speak ILL of ANY "Black People" may get you a "Depart from me you worker of Iniquity" pass for real... You're giving "Colonizer" vibes Sis!
