Absolutely beautiful. I almost cried when I thought torgal died, but then when he got back up and knocked her down like it was nothing! Truely beautiful! God I’m loving this game so far! Hope other boss fights are this awesome ❤😂
Not gonna lie, when Torgal got BTFO-ed, I kinda went full John Wick on Benedicta and it only served to make me really throw hands even harder lol. The closest I ever came to being a sweatlord in a game. And when the goodest of boys came back and we hit the 5 Piece Family Combo with a Coke on her, it was a second wind for me despite having nearly all my potions being gone. Amazing what a man becomes when you dropkick someone's dog with Aeroga lol
dude was on his second play through and just spammed his buttong. ff16 gives the player freedom to do combos, combinations and have imagination thats one of the things people dont get about this ff. be creative and he did not parry and did a did a follow up with titan a single time.
Just finished the final fight against titan (omg what did I just witness) and this fight leading into the garuda fight is still my favorite bosses in the game
God, this boss theme is some of Soken's finest work. And I love how brutal and gritty this game is compared to other Final Fantasy games. Hearing the boss go "Fucking DOG!!!" had me rolling, but no one stays composed in a fight to the death. It's a far more realistic reaction to being pounced on by a dog while a guy swings a sword at you.
In her character description, it describe Benedikta to be like minded with Clive so we maybe a ally NPC or party member later in the game. However, that is only a maybe.
Honestly I expect her to be killed by an unknown person after they Clive pain cutscene. Maybe she's about to reveal something and boom killed or she'll run away
Those cinematic quick time events are more like slow time events. Maybe people with parkinson to fail those. Should reduce them at half the time they are now.
Probably. We saw that her relationship with the titan guy is questionable at best with how it fades with her looking away from him. She seems like the type to fly from one lover to another.
My favorite part was when Clive told Benedikta, "It's Clive time!" and Clived all over her. Final Fantasy XVI is truly one of the Final Fantasy games of all time.
Is this ng+ or something? Because he has all kinds of skills and stuff I don't lol. Plus I'm guessing he is using the rings with how the promps show up
This was the demo. In the demo you had 3 of the eikons abilities so you can get the feel how the game combat is. In the vanilla version of the game you have only phoenix abilities.

For those claiming 'too easy' - you are probably correct, but bear the following in mind: Some 'time' items are auto equipped in the demo when you do the eikon challenge - feel free to unequip those. But more importantly, the demo provides you with Garuda and Titan (green and yellow) abilities that you most likely will _NOT_ have in the actual game by that time. Try doing the fight without the 'time' items and with just phoenix abilities, that should be more indicative of the actual game's challenge I feel. Still, it probably won't be 'souls-like difficulty' , but that's not what FF is about anyway.
@@zerodivided3676 lol I actually did play like that. Without the items and just using Phoenix because I didn't feel like changing through the skills. It was pretty easy most the fight. Only the very end where she summoning talons everywhere I had to use potions.
The game is stylish so I enjoyed the battles, but I agree it was too easy even though I unequipted all the handycap acessories. Beat both demo parts without dying. Feel like an overpowered anime character. I hope their is a hard mode at launch or after beating the game.
@@csmit04 you are expecting too much from a demo, but yes, there will be a hard mode once you beat the story, there's also a score attack mode that will apparently have some kind of leaderboard as well in a kind of arcade mode that let's you refight any boss in the game
Yes. But I assume that is gonna be a little harder in base game without Titan and Garuda abilities. That Titan charged fist attack deals tones of dmg. I assume Benedikta and Garuda are early game bosses.
