Why as we can tell it lead to nothing and no honestly is a boring time padding sidequest. Ff8 had a truly good card game that actually needed time and skill.

To me it feels like Regina represents Sephiroth, and the Shadowblood Queen represents Jenova. The dialogue just fits perfectly. Regina completely swaps personality and even calls Cloud her puppet! Vincent tells Cloud to use the card he gave him (Lucrecia maybe?) to free her from the shadowblood queen's grasp. Vincent then tells Regina she is not to blame for this... She even says that she was chosen and blessed, but this isn't that at all. Just like Sephiroth says he knew he was special, but not like this...

Hmn I mean this video looks great and all for strategy and pointers but the shadowblood queen moves are soo randomized that it’s not really a set way to beat her 😔
