Like the engine and gears. Seems like a great riding bike with good power. Much better than the 2 stroke or 4stroke with fan shrouds.

Came for the jazz, was not disappointed. Bike's legit too. Though, I'm slightly concerned about the burning of one leg or something similar. I imagine this is more or less how the very first motorbikes were made, so I find it incredibly awesome.

Nice setup , make sure to keep your oil level above the pumps sump intake supply, some are located in the clutch cover and some are on the other side in the case or gen cover or you could reroute the pump intake to the rear of the case in the bottom ,because that monkey motor will starve for oil if it is not level. this is pretty fast and really cool man. I got the steel for my three wheeler. Im going to be using 1 1/4" square stock tube steel for the frame and chrome moly tubing for the rest of the chassis/roll cage. I'm picking up a crashed 2002 vw jetta for parts like suspension, steering, brakes, hubs and wheels. Also i found a honda air cooled inline four i think its something like a 1250cc engine and transmission with carbs, starter, generator, drive shaft and rear wheel. All the parts are in just need to put them together really lol. Thats my update for now, i will try and film the assembly of them and definately will film the finished product.

Awesome job man. That engine package gets rid of the gagitry that most ebay bought kits have. And....the 4 stroke is really smooth and economical. Also...fook the pedals, that is a power assisted coaster bike...right?

Looks like with some inginuity you could tip the engine forward by bringing the exhaust around the frame tube. Would be worth it even if you had to alter the frame tube or make an exhaust manifold like you did the intake to accomadate that method. It would also allow you to lower the engine down in the frame.

That was a great job I have being thinking of getting myself a 110CC ENGINE MOTOR AUTOMATIC Transmission I dont want to be messing with changing gears and I want mine to have electric start I dont want the kick starts that sucks I got me a brand new bike from Dicks Sporting Goods for Christmas this past year. But I want to keep the peddles from the bike if I can. Wish me luck.

I'd like to do the same with my chopper bike, to take an engine from a pit bike and install it on a bike. I'd be really appreciate it if you give me some advices on where to start. - - What engine should I take for it, model and name, you've noticed your engine is a semi automatic and it doesn't need a clutch I think it's very good option to have just a throttle handle and gears switch with no clutch - In video you start it with a kick starter so there is no battery on it for electric start as I see. - The exhaust pipe where to get it, is it originally from pit bike? - What jackshaft to use and how it should work to let me leave the pedals on a bike?

Ive got two welders a lincoln arc and a norther tools cheaper mig and your welding skills are better than mine but i think u get lots more practice

You sure the engine can run at that angle just think of the oil when the engine is level and when it's at the angle you have it the oil wouldn't be reaching the oil pump Ido it just made me cringe when I saw how the engine was angled

i am getting started into a similar project using a 125cc 4stroke dirt bike engine, cuz I used to make my bikes with 2 stroke but they have always let the smoke out, especially those chinese 66/80cc bike kits, hate em...

AWESOME! Just subscribed! It seems to me, like you will soon be building an actual Board Track Racer... Can I propose a BIG challenge to you? It'll be highly rewarding, I promise! Build a true-to-form early 1900's style Board Track Racer? And document the entire thing for this channel. Maybe order some Leleu moped wheel hubs that have drum brakes inside, (treatland.com has loads of great parts, for light bike projects, of all kinds, that could be used) The Leleu spoke hubs, already have a light motorcycle/moped sprocket mount, and there are LOTS of sprocket sizes out there, that fit them. You would just lace them up to cruiser bike wheels/tires. Maybe build a gas tank from Coleman camp stove tanks welded together, or other similar item? A larger fuel tank could be made, and you could ride a long way, on every fill. Use an old cruiser bicycle frame for the foundation, but cut and weld it to fit an engine, and take on the styling of an early BTR. Use as old an engine as you can possibly find, that'll run dependably (Maybe modify the engine in some way, as well?) use a header off the engine, and run short, or, connected to a straight pipe instead of a modern muffler, to give the old board track pop sound.. Make the bike as close to an authentic Board Track Racer, as you possibly can, in both aesthetics, and function? If you do this, I think your channel will really take off! you have a good personality, you're likable, AND you might just make a name for yourself, building these bikes. it's obvious you love building them, make it work for you! And transition yourself mechanically, from building "motorized bicycles" to complete early-style MOTORCYCLES! And who knows...You may find yourself making money with your videos on RU-vid, while you're at it! (and maybe you'll sell some of your original creations, if you want to! You'll really have a need for that GoPro!!!! Folks will want to see it all, clear! (Including the test rides!!!! Get somebody to drive along beside you, and capture you riding the bikes, on the road, at full throttle!!! Maybe even get yourself some old-time biker goggles, WWI airplane pilot hat, jacket, boots, gloves, etc, so you look the part!

Might seem like a stupid question, but i seen that you have jackshafts on several of your bikes. And because of your neutral clutch shaft idea on another bike i want to try to replicate that idea. So how did you make your jackshafts or maybe direct me to a video because the ones i have seen are $100+ and thats outta my league. Thanks in advance if you can help.

I don't like it, the idea of a motorized bike is you can still pedal you can't do this with this bike it's a motorcycle.

its all wrong...theres no balance about the placement of the engine its not placed in a good way .. the front side of it its a lot more up than the the back side and if you knew or done some research you would see that in this way your damaging the engine because its not fully oilled inside of it ...also i dont thing mechanics are stupid ..there must be a reason why engines have a specific base to be put in, in every motorcycle!!
