I thought the grassy coming out looked great, but the end show suffered. Id use them both ways.

Yes you are absolutely right. Their growth habit is so different, they are beautiful only for a period of time. I have decided for life, they’re never going in any bulb lasagnas again😅

wow I am glad you've made it to the last video of the series . well I sort of explained in the video why I deconstructed this lasagna. 1. I got the double late blue spectacle tulips from 2 different stores, although the name was same they came out looking different. few of them had deep blue centre , few had yellow centre and few were just plain. and the biggest bummer of all they were'nt BLUE !!! I had planted this container keeping blue in mind, but alas only a few things were blue and more things were purple , pink and what not ! however the tulips were a lovely colour. 2. I completely regretted the iris, it grew too fast and too messy . and when it was time to bloom it was all tired and floppy and did,nt look great. 3. only one allium bloomed out of 5 or 6 I planted so I needed to know what happened to alliums. I think more than anything my OCD was kicking in, i wanted everything to be blue and white and all there random colours were making me anxious.
