I’m locked in witcha 87 SS Boi!!!!! Man you are a example of what we all can do!!! Being your first time putting that front end together, you did an amazing job brother!!! Keep up the good work and keep them videos coming!!!! All the way up bro!!!! Blessings!!!!!!!! Tell Mr G I’m locked in with him too!!!!
That’s Love Brah! I appreciate that shoutout! My Boy! definitely the only way is up! Them brakes and suspension look damn good too! You gonna need mirrors to show all that at these car shows now you ready! 1st place coming! 💪🏾💯
You gone have to start bringing the mirrors to put down under ya whip at the shows. “Dese folks gotta see this sh**, NO CAP”. Good work G ! motivation at its best
Yesssirrr!! A1 work Fam!! Sub’d bro’s page also! 💪🏾💪🏾 Thanks for stressing the cotter pins fam. You wouldn’t believe how many G’s are rolling without em☠️☠️☠️ Something I did on my ladies 79 el #backyardbetty is I got the shims from kore3 since I didn’t have the blazer dust shield. Shops won’t put the love into it like the owner of the project will. Main reason I walked away from messing 20:24 20:24 with shops back in 2009. Keep the clean uploads coming!!🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
Don't worry about making mistakes, I'm just glad you are making these videos so I can learn how to get my G Body up and running. ...btw an 85 Cutlass Supreme is what I'm working on. DIY is the way to go.
You’ve put forth an excellent message. If someone else can do it. You can too. I’ve given thought about starting a RU-vid page but never dove in. Hope to see you and your car at a local car show.
... DEVASTATING Video and Accomplishments, Hoss. I'm definitely interested in doing the same Upgrade to my 1987 Buick Regal-T with Buick 494_Stroker Stage-1 BIG-BLOCK. I've been checking videos on this. I adamantly concur with you regarding doing things for your Vehicle yourself. I've learned a lot and made a lot of mistakes in the process 💯. God Bless and Deliver you and your Family, and Happy New Year 2024 and beyond. ... RESPECT 🙏🏽✊🏽💯🎬⚙️💪🏾🏁🙏
Thanks!! I didn’t change them but I really don’t see a need for longer ones up front for my application but I def need extended studs in the rear…I already have them just haven’t installed yet
I got same set up back caliper brakes and blazer front brakes I can't for some reason get them to brake I bleed brakes but still spongy brake what order did you bleed your brakes?
Always start from farthest to closest from master cylinder… And if u have disc brakes on the rear did u change the proportional valve from disc to drum to disc to disc???
@87SSBOI yes change that out when I added the disc in the back I finally swap out my stock spindle and caliper for the blazer set up I dis the right stuff conversion for back brakes
I finally found all the front blazer parts but i heard the stock brake lines are too short and get into a bind and can snap when you're getting on it . Are you still using the stock monte hoses ?
I see many mistakes here if you don't mind some critique. Looks like you didn't put antiseize on the shock body, it ain't going nowhere like that. They make a thrust bearing for the spring to sit on also. You should always grease those joints at this point. It's really hard to get in there and clean it off later, and you might forget. A spanner tool is only 20 bucks, and you won't be tearing it up with pliers, my friend.
Know all that…Permatex anti seize are on the threads and all joints greased…also have spanner wrench for adjustments…I don’t have the thrust bearings on this application but they’re on all my others, definitely makes adjustment easier but I didn’t feel like awaiting this time…I always let the ppl know I don’t do tutorials because a lot I do off camera 👌🏾
@87SSBOI bet because I got spindle caliper but was thinking should I just go ahead get c5 brackets or stick with the blazer caliper I got everything prob be easier less money just as good right?
@87SSBOI I’m grabbing my spendals Thursday, I probably grab the rotor kit that u have.. did u use the blazer calipers or c5 c6 corvette calipers.. I’m not sure
@@87SSBOI I’m actually grabbing the spendals for 100$ off marketplace.. they are the 2wd.. I just wasn’t sure if I needed the blazer caliper as well, to fit the rotor kit that your using.. or the blazer or corvette calipers either will fit
