Hi! The framerate issues in this stream were due to my settings in OBS, not a problem with the game! Watch part 2 for smoother performance: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8KY_LbM5rT0.html
The art director used to work with DreamWorks as Visual Development Artist and Disney as Character Designer, now we know why all the character are Disney-like, so pretty *__*
“Is this Disney?” I totally get that question. The woman carpenter reminded me of the sister from Lilo and Stitch. Wonder if they thought something similar 😆.
I just want to state because everyone is blaming early access, my specs are not on the same level as Josh's PC, I have Intel I-5 and 32 gigs of ram, I have an older graphics card driver (Geforce GTX 1070). I'm playing on ultra specs with no lag at all. I think his lag is just a combination of him streaming OBS, and probably needing to update his drivers, it could be which graphics card the game is using. Another thing to consider is he may be running out of memory on his computer. All something to check and make sure the system is in tip-top shape.
I'm not a fan of the top down camera. It makes the character looked too small. A camera like story of seasons or rune factory 5 might have worked better, since coral island is in 3d. Though it could just be me not liking top down 3d farming games except for the older rune factory games.
I couldn't make it to stream as I was busy and not feeling well. Thanks the gameplay I'm not sure whether to get it as EA. So far only Dinkum is worth playing when main story is complete and plus new update drop. I know due to release day before my birthday.
Eh, your pc works better than my family’s first windows XP gaming computer with dial up so, its pretty good lol😅 if you do upgrade, will you share what you got for your new set up?
Early access helps them know people are interested and gives them money to keep paying workers for development, but they also had a pretty successful kickstarter, so it's up to you. Generally buying a game in early access is cheaper than when it fully releases, but there is always a chance the game will never finish or change greatly by 1.0
@@Marzipanilla thanks a lot!! I bought it the second it was out on steam and I've been having an absolute blast :) they've done an amazing job so far 💕
Thank you for video 😀 and who make is game I also wish they do in switch as well ,me and my kids wait look forward to play and some say not make on switch I don't know true or not ,if not on switch I think it unfair & we would feel sad
I am a backer who opted for the Switch 1.0 release copy, so they are planning on it, but it may take a year or longer as they have to go through the early access process for the Steam version first.
I'm feeling rather disappointed with this game so far. It's sooooo slow. I see there's a dash button but it doesn't change much. The map is so big and the animations are so sluggish that it really looks like a chore. Then there's the quality of the english used, which is not very good. I know the game wants to promote "inclusivity", but using "they" to refer to a single person (20:50) is just bad english. There's also the letter the character receives at 55:14. It's not "Come pay Eleanor and I a visit," it's "Come pay Eleanor and ME a visit". It's not always "and I"! Biggest overcorrection in english history. So annoying when people make that mistake.
It’s the early access the real game will come out in a year or so. If you cant comprehend they as a singular pronoun then idk what to say about you because it’s really not that hard lol. We’ve been doing that before “inclusivity”.
The "they" part isn't just bad English, its on purpose. Certain people in the lgbtqiaahfhfidub+ want to be called "they". It's not the game doing it "wrong".. I wish games would just leave the woke stuff out tbh.
@@Tinker-xr1gi People have been doing that when you didn't know what gender the person you're talking about is. If you choose to play as male, why are they referring to you as "they". I just skipped around the video so I don't know if the possibility to play as non-binary exists or if you can choose your pronouns or if Josh chose to be referred to as "they", but if he didn't, it's just plain bad english.
@@HodorDoor exactly people have been doing that before as a singular pronoun so stop acting like you can’t use your brain when in reality you just don’t like non binary people. get over it they exist and a lot of people accept them.
