❤❤❤❤. My comment is I wish I could post a picture of my 4 VIAIR air compressor system just for my air horns. I’m sure that you would love it. It’s a great system with the one switch that turns it off and on goes up to 200 psi and shut off but I have run it up to 250 psi, and none of the hoses blew off ❤❤
What would you suggest if there seems to be a leak in the sir tank dome how I’m losing air pressure there. Just ordered 2 new compressors since I think one has went out and 2 compressor rebuild kits so I’ll have backups incase something goes wrong.
Quick question, so my front air suspension only leaks when driving , like I can leave 70 psi in overnight an it stay 70 psi, but soon as I go for a ride it loses air instantly. Checking for leaks didn’t work while stationary. You think it’s my fittings not holding a proper seal? Or an issue with the bag itself?
I’ve noticed one side drops down on psi when I’m at 50 psi it goes down to 35 psi in roughly 10 mins when parked is that an issue for a air leak still in the lines ?
Do you happen to have plumbers tape on your manifold fittings? Spray soapy water by your manifold fittings and check for leaks, sometimes plumber tape gets leaks after big temperature changes like going from winter to summer
The most effective solution is to remove the fitting and replace with thread Tape, their isn't a spray that will properly seal that amount of air pressure
Had my bags for 9 years and only started leaking lately. Bags appear to be in good shape. Is it a foregone conclusion the bags are rotted or can hoses slip out?
I hope you guys replaced that front line with a braided hose. Just using nylon lines on a strut that turns with the wheels is not a good idea and can cause rubbing issues. Great video tho!
Believe it or not braided steel lines leak more at the fittings ends than plastic ones do. As long as your plastic ones are tucked correctly you wont have any issues
If they are rubbing on something they will slowly begin to leak air. We recommend to check on your bags after installation making sure that nothing is rubbing and to check on them every 6 months
