Not everything you can plate nicely. That is what people don't understand...make a dish that has the potential to be nice and then plate it. Ground beef and rice are not a thing

Is it possible to make the pumpkin rolls without the vacuum bags? Like... just cooking them in water or putting them in the oven? It probably takes away a little bit of the taste, but I don't have a sous vide option.

Couple things... your music is way too fucking loud and distracting...also it's pretty important to make sure your audience still understands you're making beef and not pork at the plating segment. Kinda lazy editing honestly. 😊

@Chef Majk or take the criticism of your channel and tailor it to suit more viewers. Seems awfully arrogant to think it's fine the way it is when I know I'm not the first to criticize the sound levels of the background noise. Fucking up beef and pork in an edit though... kind of a bad take. You may think your channel will excel on cooking alone but when you misrepresent the very thing you're cooking between beef and pork you seem like a lazy amateur. Cheers tho for managing to look like a fucking arrogant twat to a viewer. I'd rather not ever look at your channel again because you think you're above criticism

Don't think that way...cook it until the meat is cooked...not for 5 minutes.

Amazing, except for the seeds. Not a fan of their tough exteriors, id probably use pine nuts or something, I like how you used the berry liquid as the sauce. Look forward to more great videos!

I enjoy your recipes and your work very much but am disappointed to see latter integral parts of the recipe to be behind a paywall. You should make the parts of the recipe that are not freely accessible be completely optional. Like most people I am not paying you monthly on patreon and am not going to watch your incomplete RU-vid recipes anymore because why would I.. seems like a cheap tactic to get Money from you viewers too.. disappointed.
