Caramel Jelly
- 110g of sugar
- 20g of honey
- 200 ml of heavy cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 gelatine leaves
Chocolate mousse
- 45g of sugar
- 22ml of water
- 3 egg yolks
- 120g of chocolate 70%
- 200g of heavy cream
- 2 gelatine leaves
Cocoa crumble
- 30g of butter
- 135g of fine sugar
- 45g of plain flour
- 10g of cocoa powder
