​@@alexnegut1 People are surprised because they made a new animation just for a vaulting speed perk, which is a nice small touch Dramaturgy because it's from Nicolas Cage and they need to make him dramatic. Any Means Necessary because it was required. There was no recyclable animation for lifting a pallet Nemesis vaccine initially had the same animation as self-heal until the community called them out for being lazy

As a killer main, I would love seeing this build. I can't wait till this perk comes out. I run bamboozle, dark arrogance, superior anatomy and fire up. On infinite tier 3 Myers. It's gonna be a fun couple days.

Dunno if you've seen a cat jump irl, but they did a pretty good job. It looks a little weird seeing it in person too, you kind of feel like they shouldn't be able to move that way.

Yeah I love having a single slightly faster vault in one chase that only works while injured what a fantastic perk

If you bring this perk you need the syringe with a Medkit then it can be pretty useful

@Kevin83sev Well, it does help a lot. Even with Lithe, to get off before killer come to you. But killer also can acknowledge that you have it, which either they try to hit you as fast as they can, mind game or leave you to chase someone else. Once killers get the hang of it, they will find a way to counter it. Resilience is still far more consistent and useful towards most of the stuff. I guess the cool down of the perk will decide either it's broken , balance or weak perk.

You don't need to use it in a chase twice to get value lol, you can't literally deny a hit from what would've been an unsafe or bad vault

@@LappyAwoo it's only 20% faster, meaning that if for example it was taking 1s, it would take 0.8s. A 20%, only while uninjured, only on fast vaults, only once every 30s, will rarely be saving you from any hit.

The perk deactivates when injured, so not resilience.

​This not the point if you combine both perks together that means you will have a faster vault most of the time so if I'm healthy I will vault really fast but if I get injured before I get the chance to use it then resilience is here each one of them replace the other when it's unactive​@@UrielAlmazanToraSempai

@@UrielAlmazanToraSempai still a good combo. That way you have a vault speed boost in either health state.

@@mantastyle9078 Even getting use out of it ONCE during chase means that you saved one health state, so... that is still pretty fucking strong.

They won’t remove the be healthy condition, if they did people would run resilience along side finesse which would make vault speeds 29% faster which would be insane.

@@mantastyle9078 it actually does some mind games with fast vaulting safer+faster faulting means a bit more distance which is always good. There are also other perks who have longer cool down with worse effects.

@@svendaman925 With pallet vaulting, the animation of it should just be a roll vault or barrel roll similar to Watch Dogs 2.

Vigil won't work because Finesse is not an exhaustion perk, it's using it's own cooldown timer and there's no debuff to recover faster from, which makes Finesse interesting to synergy with exhaustion perks, like balanced landing, to transform elevated windows into really strong single use per chase escape routes. "Just don't want to artificially extend chases" It's literally the point of vaulting/exhaustion/endurance perks :) Also if vigil did work on it, it wouldn't be 21 sec but 23, because Dbd calculates everything in charges added per second and vigil isn't a flat 30% debuff time reduction, but bonus recovery speed. 30 seconds of cooldown would mean 30 charges to fulfill, for each second you add 1.3 instead of 1 for a 30% speed bonus. 30/1.3 = 23 ☕

@@CaptToilet It's not that hard to animate something dude, they have the money to hire animators. They just want to keep a small team and thats how the game is impacted. This animation on pallets look like it's from an independant chinese mobile game

@@likeus4723 Remember this is a game where a simple change somewhere can completely bork something unrelated elsewhere. Their spaghetti code is some of the finest al dente around and it isn't a good al dente but rather the rubbery kind that sat out in the sun for too long

Never suggest any balance change, ever again. This perk's incredible as is, it changes mid vaults to the new super vault, if your blind ass hasn't noticed. Just being able to mindgame killers with it by standing near windows is already incredibly valuable.

This perk has conditions you know.
