It is a native dish of Igbo tribe of Nigerian and mostly enjoyed with our native drink called palm wine.
Here i used :
1-goat head
1tsp - Crayfish
1tsp - Calabash Nutmeg
100ml palm oil
100ml palm ash water
1tsp beaf stork/ bollion
1-large onion
Utazi leaf to test
Pepper to test (fresh pepper)
